Went into Dent Masters 2 weeks ago to get an assessment on 2 dents that I had on my car. They…read morelooked at the damage and we talked about scheduling an appointment. Two ladies were in the office and the receptionist called the other lady and we talked Scott appointment dates. We finally settled on a Monday appointment at 8. I was apprehensive on setting the appointment on Monday but that was the best day for me. The ladies assured me that Monday would be a good date and I would get a text reminder on Sunday. We set the date for 2/02 and I left. On Sunday I received a text reminder. On Monday I rearranged my work schedule to get the dents repaired at 8 am. I showed up at 8 and the doors of the business were locked. Two men showed up at 8:05 or so. The first man opened the door and when I came in he didn't have access to the computer. The next guy came in and told me that the business doesn't do Monday at 8 appointments. He debated with me that I couldn't have an appointment at that time and then he located my appointment and continued to debate me. I eventually left and I will find another dent repair business that values customers. This business apparently doesn't.

They diagnosed the problem but wanted to be sure. So, they kept it overnight and test drove it the next day. Unfortunately, the problem was bigger than they thought - but they still were able to fix it that day and it ran fine for the rest of my trip. They were friendly, efficient, clearly explained what repairs were needed and how long it would it would take. They were very thorough and wanted to make sure that my car was, indeed, really fixed. Their prices were very fair. Being from out of town, I was a little afraid of getting taken advantage of. But they were more than fair. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I can only say they are honest, hard working and very knowledgeable!

Took my 40 yr old classic car to Fast Lap for routine repair. While there the paint was damaged…read morein their parking lot. They deny responsibility. They have a picture taken when they first pulled the car into the bay they claim shows the damage and say that proves it wasn't them. The fact that the damage could easily have happened in their parking lot before they pulled it into the bay the first time doesn't seem to matter. I had just had paint work done of this car and brought the car directly to Fast Lap from the paint shop. The damage was not there when I left the car at Fast Lap. It definitely happened at Fast Lap. I recommend going elsewhere. Your car may end up with more damage that it started with.

Waited for them to come greet me like they've always done, only for them to close up shop, pull down and close bay doors and turn off the open sign. Leaving me sitting and waiting. All they had to do was say you mind if we close early?? That'd been ok but to just say nothing is rude and not good for business. THEN today, I get there 20 minutes before they open because I knew it'd be busy today due to this weather. Second in line and wait till 10 o'clock for them to open. Well I left at about 12 minutes AFTER ten because they hadnt opened yet. A car or 2 behind me left as well. Drove back by a short time later, they finally opened. Whatever the business is, at least open and close like your sign says. You open at 10? Then open at 10. Not 10:14 or whatever time you want. You close at 5? That's cool too but tell people you're closing early. You've lost a long time customer today because of those 2 incidents.
