Gardner Auto to the RESCUE!…read more I was in town for the weekend with my grandson for a swim competition, when my Tundra decided to die on me, I called Gardner Auto and they quickly answered my call, keep in mind, I was stranded on the side of the road when they answered my call and determined is was possible my alternator was bad, they came to my rescue, took my truck back to the shop and they got me back on the road the same day with a new alternator and new battery. Took my 2025 Kia Sorento after I hit a deer at the recommendation of my insurance. 2.5 weeks there…read moreand it was "ready," I get there and there's a paint chip not even addressed, the response "they should have fixed that" when I brought it up, had I not, they were okay with that work they did. I had to take my car and come back, I noticed other things not addressed such as a gapped grill. Went back and it took another week. I had went by and told my car was ready but they noticed something else off so they wouldn't release it to me but that the paint chip was fixed already, we saw it and it was not fixed at all. Basically took a paint pen to fill it, but it was still gapped. Like the insurance person at the shop overseeing my repairs had no control or oversight of the body shop staff back there actually working on my car. I finally got it back and it seemed fix, but makes me wonder what I couldn't see and if it had the same quality of repair. Insurance person at the shop was friendly, but the service wasn't what it should be.

I bought this old Sprinter Van It's a 2004 and it was starting to rust. I asked to have the color completely changed including all windows and jams painted. John warned me saying people will say it was new.. he was right It turned this old van into a pleasant to look at new looking dream van.
