When I arrived about a half hour later, he came right out and looked under the van and confirmed my suspicion. I left the van there for a couple of hours and came back to check on it. They assured us they would let us know when it arrived and schedule a time to have it installed. That has been several months ago. We have contacted them no less than a dozen times about it. There was always some issue -- didn't come in, wrong part came in, reordering from Amazon...and every time they promised they would call us right back with an update. We might have gotten one call back during this whole process. We finally gave up on them and ordered the piece ourselves and had it in 2 days. Because of this, my final experience was 0 stars. So I am splitting the difference and rating them 2 stars. I really hate doing this, because they were so pleasant to deal with, but the follow-up was ridiculous. No one ever did what they said they would do. It was truly disappointing. We had to call over and over again...we were always apologized to and promised that someone would be right back with us.
