When I looked at the apartment I did not notice there was not a microwave so you have to buy a microwave. This is no "LUXURY APARTMENT". The applicances are about 20 years old. They will quote you a Base rent for a one bedroom, mine is $1079. Then after you have committed to yourself to rent there when you come into sign the lease they start piling on the extra fees. You will pay an upfront one time fee of $25 to use the amenities nd an up front fee of $10 to set up a portal that you must use to pay your bill. 1.$14 for liability insurance that insures the aoartment complex, not you 2. $7 pest control for a women to walk into your apartment look around for 30 seconds and walk out. She did not open a cabinet look into anything or ask if I had a problem with pest, nothing was treated. 3. $25 a month for trash pickup and an additional $8 a month for the trash compactor in front of building, plus you have to pay the ADDITIONAL CITY water, trash and sewer bill each month. 4. $!0 upfront fee to set up your account on their website which is mandatory. 5. $10 for washer and dryer. This is a bait and switch scam of the first order.

Main issue...THE POOL!!! The pool needs to be taken care of…read moreby a professional. It is cloudy every day and has large amounts of green slime growing around the steps and edges. The slime on the steps makes it slippery for getting in and out of the pool. Additionally, the cloudy water is every single day. Although the pool is closed sometimes, it is literally cloudy every day. I have never been able to see my feet at the bottom in any depth. There is definitely a problem that needs to be addressed professionally with the pool.

Example, they charged me for having to change light bulbs, cleaning behind the stove, and cleaning the refrigerator (which it didn't need much cleaning because I detail cleaned it before I moved out). Absolutely ridiculous. You would think that after playing $1000+ in rent for over 2 years they would be able to afford to do those things. Mind you, I moved out of my apartment before my lease was up, and they waved the fees. However, I paid a full month's rent, and left early so that someone else could move into that apartment because of medical reasons. Therefore, it was a "I scratch your back if you scratch mine" kind of situation. Little did I know they would come at me with these ridiculous charges.
