The will quote you a price and we you go in to the office to sign the lease the reveal the extra added cost. When I looked at the apartment I did not notice there was not a microwave so you have to buy a microwave. This is no "LUXURY APARTMENT". The applicances are about 20 years old. They will quote you a Base rent for a one bedroom, mine is $1079. Then after you have committed to yourself to rent there when you come into sign the lease they start piling on the extra fees. You will pay an upfront one time fee of $25 to use the amenities nd an up front fee of $10 to set up a portal that you must use to pay your bill. 1.$14 for liability insurance that insures the aoartment complex, not you 2. $7 pest control for a women to walk into your apartment look around for 30 seconds and walk out. She did not open a cabinet look into anything or ask if I had a problem with pest, nothing was treated. 3. $25 a month for trash pickup and an additional $8 a month for the trash compactor in front of building, plus you have to pay the ADDITIONAL CITY water, trash and sewer bill each month. 4. $!0 upfront fee to set up your account on their website which is mandatory. 5. $10 for washer and dryer. This is a bait and switch scam of the first order.

Main issue...THE POOL!!! The pool needs to be taken care of…read moreby a professional. It is cloudy every day and has large amounts of green slime growing around the steps and edges. The slime on the steps makes it slippery for getting in and out of the pool. Additionally, the cloudy water is every single day. Although the pool is closed sometimes, it is literally cloudy every day. I have never been able to see my feet at the bottom in any depth. There is definitely a problem that needs to be addressed professionally with the pool.

Well as im learning about Heather (bc im extremely observant and an empath) i found out from her own mouth she was the main manager of Cameron isles and Brittany is below her. Then she asked if i could capture the tenants behind me? I asked why bc i literally wanted NO DRAMA!!. Well ppls cars got broke into, other thing's started to get weird. Bc Heather knew they owned 4 cars and we were asking for them to move bc they took up the whole damn parking lot. So Heather needed pictures of the cars to get towed and that they been wanting these tenants out immediately. Well i never bothered anyone until the neighbor asked me things. Im 42 and will talk to a young adult as they need to be. He was able to prove he lived there, he works offshore etc. I said i understand that, i complimented him on working hard. He moved out during the crap heather couldnt do. As i get adjusted to being a new place. That commotion starterd targeting our apt. Banging on the walls all hours of the night. All 3 of us on our level called the cop in the complex Joey, which doesnt answer any calls and u wont see him till he tells ppl to get out the pool. But screw the rest of the residents. And he lives here for 500-600 a month, while everyone else and cop isnt paying his correct rent!!! And i would be aware that the from leasing agent. I think its Kristie or misty. She will flirt with ya husband and then go find them on social media and stalk them! She is ruthless when she wants someone. I never allowed my husband to go in the office. They dealt with me! Now since ive lived in since may 2025-august 4th!! I will be the truthful one to let u know what really goes on here. -Ur parking is included in ur rent. However u will never be able to park near your unit. The front office will not call the tow truck. -your bathrooms do not have filters on the shower heads. They pour chlorine in the water every Monday. You definitely need filter showers heads -your fridge is small. Barely holds freezer foods, you will need a small deep chest freezer -your ac unit will seem like its not blowing!. You call the front and ask for maintenance(YOU WILL ONLY DEAL WITH THEM) VERY NICE AND DESERVE RAISES!!! -the gates have never worked the whole time i was here. They refused to call the company to come fix it. So people are in and out all the time - if you are gonna live on the 3rd floor. PREPARE TO PAY 220-260 A MONTH!! . Bc they layout of the ac vents aren't in the correct spots. Your master has 1 vent! 1!!! (We had to buy 3 fans to keep us cool) - the gym is pathetic. Majority of the equipment is broken. And 95% of the time your key fob doesnt work! -pool!!! Remember this is included in your rent. They now changed the hours. Tuesday-Sunday 9-6!! Allll summer our kids missed out on pool time bc parents had work!!! We got punished bc HEATHER WON'T DONT ANYTHING!!! a family in unit 600, watches the pool everyday and if she doesnt know you or your child. Cops are being called!! -trash. Get ready!! You will find out how fast they break. You will need to drag ya bags to ya car and drive to the dumpster, which by the way is broken. - also be very vigilant when something breaks as appliances. My sink collapsed one day into the under cabinet. Now maintenance and i knew why it broke. The "manager heather " said that my granite was 2 1/2 inches thick. I laughed sooo hard. Bc that shit is 1 1~4 inches!!! But lets do what heather says. BRITTANY IS NOW MANAGER OVER THE VILLAS IN THIBODAUX. SHE WILL GET THAT PLACE IN SHAPE, LIKE SHE DID AT CAMERON. Heather cries everyday. Screams at her employees, expects them to drop everything to run to her. Every time i walked into the office, she never smiled. ALWAYS A MIGRANE!!! Bc this woman has no idea what she is doing, rather mess over another person for a stupid job title.... kinda sketchy when 10 families are leaving bc rent went up 200 bucks for each level. Added in more fees that will not be done correctly. I would never recommend this place to anyone, go to belmir or the villas!!!!! They know how to run a complex and know how to treat their employees and gives them raises!!!!

First I attempted to call in for a trouble ticket, the phone message was, " This number is not a working number." I got a hold of the apartment manager through Facebook. Which she asked for my number. I gave her my number and finally received a call. I explained want I did and was asked a million and 1 questions. First question was do: Her: Do you hand wash your dishes before put them in the dishwasher. Me: Yes. Her: Did we remove the garbage disposal? Me: Yes. Her: Do you shove food down you sink? Me: No. Her: Run the dishwasher to get it to drain to check to see if it still clogged, then call me back. I did as requested and it is still clogged. Her: Do your sink in the Bathroom drain? Me: : Yes Her: I will not send anyone out there in the weekend, because they have to much stuff to do. Wash your dishes in the bathroom sink.
