I paid them and figured they would make, good dummy me. Glass is single pane and opener is as loud as a jet going by. He told me it was a very simple problem, a spider built a nest in the eye and that is why it was blinking. It took him about 5 minutes. The complaint I have is that , 1. the lady on the phone could have asked me if I checked the eye for spider nests saving me $135.00 or 2. not charged me $135.00 for five minutes but a reasonable amount for 5 minutes. I will not be calling them again. It's a shame that companies rip off the public.
