Customers can't even go inside the building because he hasn't organized anything yet. The only area to shop is in the parking lot in front of the warehouse section of the building. All he has for sale is clothing that should be tossed year ago, broke-down furniture, a few lamps, a couple of shelves, misc. pieces of scrap metal, some odd-ball books like David Letterman's Mom's Cookbook, and bags of coconut that were expired 6-years ago; how is this even a store?? On the Right - The store is inside the building and run by an older woman. She does a great job on keeping the store organized and clean. We found a few notable items here such as the antique metal Delco fan, The Monster Energy Epiphone guitar, a variety of well-made bowie knives and machetes, the selection of military bags and gear, several pieces of artwork, a small bar with seating, and two vintage blown Santa's. We didn't find anything we couldn't live without this time around but don't let that stop you from checking them out if you are shopping in the area. I would visit again next time I'm back in town.

Spoke to two and was underwhelmed by the responses and overwhelmed by the estimated costs. And then upon a recommendation I called Swim King. Dennis Galderisi answered the phone and from his the very first words my anxiety came down. Dennis was absolutely great. He clearly knows everything to know about pools and he answered my many questions with tremendous patience. He addressed my cost concerns by suggesting a tailored maintenance approach to how we will use the pool and suggested a number of ways we could do some of the basics and save money. His approach and manner felt sincere and honest. My next step is to get to his store and meet him in person. I am comfortable that I have found a pool professional who I can trust.

I understand if their client roster is full but the way they communicated was really smug. I told them I live less than a five minute drive away and the guy said "our cut off is a 4 minute drive." Most recently, a guy came with a drone and spent most of his time taking drone pictures of our chimney, and then gave us a real scare story about all the work we needed, at tens of thousands of dollars. We then went up onto the roof and took a close look. The flashing and caulking he said needed redoing was in perfect shape. The cement caps on the chimneys were solid and not crumbling as he claimed. The pointing was still solid after the most recent re-pointing. If he thought things were so bad from the drone pictures, he should have gone up on the roof himself to double check. The real problem though is that now we can't take his word for anything about the whole fireplace system, so we will need to go elsewhere in the future.

The sales guy at Best Fire tried to rip me off to the tune of $1,500, so a decision was quickly made to never go there again, and it was narrowed down to Northeastern vs Matchless. I would compare it as Mercedes vs Subaru. If you have an extra couple thousand to burn, go with Matchless, you will not be disappointed. If you are cost conscious, go with Northeastern, you will not be disappointed. I ended up buying my grill from Matchless and both of my inserts from Northeastern.
