These guys had me back in business with a new American Standard unit. They have always been professional at my house and at their shop. They will be the only company I will call for any issues. It all was supposed to be replaced, but the installer took a short cut and didn't do what was supposed to be done. They came back and did what was supposed to be done. During a yearly inspection, the tech didn't reconnect something in the attic. Resulted in water leaking through my ceiling and having to have the ceiling redone. I called to schedule yearly inspection and was told basically, I was no longer a customer. I went to high school with Mike. Bought things for him at an auction.
