Our room was small and dark, which was made worse by the scaffolding right outside our window. It was also not very clean. For instance, we found someone else's scrunchie and hair pins under the luggage rack, which tells me that housekeeping didn't vacuum carefully. The shower surround also had dark mold creeping up from the tub. Blech. In good news, there was excellent water pressure and the breakfast spread was better than average for a typically 2 to 3 star accommodation. We were only there two nights, so we made it work but would try somewhere else before returning.

The one day we ask for the room to be refreshed and the only day we would have our dogs out of the room all day....nothing, absolutely nothing was done. We didn't call down to the front desk, we went personally to the front desk to request it. We were promised a full room refresh since we are staying here for two weeks and nothing. We were gone 12 hours. We now have no towels, no toilet paper, no blanket. Horrible customer service. Can't wait to get out of this place!!!! I purposefully waited almost a week to ask for new towels to respect your boundaries and was promised this and nothing.

Initially walking in and seeing all the taxidermy was a bit alarming considering I'm a vegan, but looking passed that and opting out of eating breakfast the following morning saved me. Service was okay; the chick at the front desk has trouble with understanding spoken words and I had to repeat myself six times to her, but luckily her coworker was nearby to help her out. The room was spacious with two beds, a mini fridge, a huge television, and icy cold air. I got two beds since a friend (ex friend now) was supposed to stay with me, but she decided against it. I guess she wanted to stay in another cramped hostel, oh well more comfort for me. The beds slept very comfortable and the pillows were soft. The television was the star of the show and I kept it on all night to avoid what happened to me last time. I'm glad I did that because I discovered a new movie, X. I got to watch Lord of the Rings too and another movie that is a psychological thriller (I can't remember the name of it). The bathroom was very clean, but small tub. I didn't care because the water was hot and felt good on my skin after that extreme hike I did to Delta Lake in Grand Tetons. I don't know how safe the area is usually, but this one night stay; I felt safe and the rental car wasn't broken into or stolen. Oh and this hotel is less than 10 minutes away from the airport. I wasn't late with returning the rental car and still got to TSA checkpoint on time. This is a real steal!!

Includes free breakfast in the morning. Decent breakfast with some hot food like sausage patties, eggs, etc and also 2 waffle makers. Breakfast area is reasonable spacious. Bright white lobby, pretty clean and new in general. Plenty of parking. There's not that much within walking distance. It's a Home2 Suites so it's larger suites for extended stay. Our 2 queen room has a sofa bed, desk, and kitchenette with full size fridge, sink, microwave and dishwasher. You can borrow portable stoves from the front desk. Housekeeping comes every other day. The bed is a bit too soft but seems similar to many other hotels in the US.
