Our flight back home was canceled due to a computer glitch, which I understand is beyond Allegiant's control; however, after the flight was canceled we were told to wait for an email that did not come for hours and did not help with any travel plans. One agent told us that another flight would be scheduled out the next day - it was not, nor did we receive an email indicating so. As we tried to find an alternate route, we had questions for the agents, but the agents both upstairs and downstairs in the airport had left and the passengers had to fend for themselves to try to find a way home (no one was at the Allegiant gate; I left the security area and went down to check the ticketing desk because we could not get through to allegiance customer service by phone, no one was there either). We tried to call customer service by phone multiple times and held for long periods of time up to 30 minutes with no answer. We were at the airport for over 12 hours prior to finding a flight out on an alternative airline but this required spending the night in a different city and taking a flight back home the next day at a huge expense buying last-minute airfare with hotel/food/transportation costs. The less than $100 voucher Allegiant offered won't scratch the financial cost incurred. I'm not sure why they would not keep an agent on site throughout the day to help take care of customers. This was the second time we tried to fly Allegiant. Our flight earlier this year was also canceled out of our departing city cancelling that entire planned trip in that they did not reschedule the flight and alternative airlines could not accommodate. read more

I've flown on Allegiant a few times no complaints I always find pretty good fares. The checkin in has always been smooth no lost bags no complaints. No frills read more

This airline totally SUCKS!! Planes are delayed, no communication from staff, customers left hanging. Planes get delayed and there stupid flight schedule causes the passenger to wait 4 more days for the next flight. Beyond a doubt this is the worst airline ever. Oh, don't try to call customer service, it's even worse than their flight record. You can wait on hold for over an hour and then be discounted. I will never ever fly this crappy airline again. read more

Supposed to be on my way to Vegas. Was supposed to land around 3. We are now delayed 2.5 hours. They claim it is due to air traffic however I have a pilot sitting next to me was able to view the air traffic and there is nothing stopping us. Don't fly Allegiant - won't even let us off the plane. read more

Will never book with Allegiant again. They cancelled my flight 3 hrs before departure!! That was their only flight from Austin to Bozeman. Had to scramble to find another airline. Called them to get refund and waited on hold 2 hrs. No thanks Allegiant. read more

They love to take perfume and hair products that I actually brought with me to bozeman in the some bag but leaving to Vegas they took them. I'm guessing the lady needed the products. read more
