    Mindy at the ticketing counter provided outstanding customer service! United should hire more agents like her and then I'd fly them more!

Our flight was delayed due to some maintenance issues and the folks at the gate helped us get seats further up in the plane to help us with a tight connection and we could potentially run to our connecting flight.. Then the same gate agent walked in after we sat in the plane and told us not to rush so that my mom wouldn't get too tired as she was afraid we would definitely not make it to our next flight and that we should just relax and enjoy the upgrade. Just saying it was the best interaction I've had with an airline in such a long time. This airport is small and you can walk from one side to the other in no time. Parking is free for picking up as my family always parks and waits. They also have a new parking structure and doing more construction in the front. So little improvements for sure over time. One of the most quaint airports I've come to frequent.

Came here for a weekend trip to Big Sky, which is just an hour and a half south of Bozeman. You fly into scenery that is something out of a movie or TV show. Rental cars are located right in the terminal. No need to take shuttles anywhere. And once you get your car, you're right out onto the highway and on to your next destination. Very comfortable lobby and gate area. No airport lounges here. But the entire airport has a warm lounge feel anyways. Not too crowded and easy pace.

One agent told us that another flight would be scheduled out the next day - it was not, nor did we receive an email indicating so. As we tried to find an alternate route, we had questions for the agents, but the agents both upstairs and downstairs in the airport had left and the passengers had to fend for themselves to try to find a way home (no one was at the Allegiant gate; I left the security area and went down to check the ticketing desk because we could not get through to allegiance customer service by phone, no one was there either). We tried to call customer service by phone multiple times and held for long periods of time up to 30 minutes with no answer. We were at the airport for over 12 hours prior to finding a flight out on an alternative airline but this required spending the night in a different city and taking a flight back home the next day at a huge expense buying last-minute airfare with hotel/food/transportation costs. The less than $100 voucher Allegiant offered won't scratch the financial cost incurred. I'm not sure why they would not keep an agent on site throughout the day to help take care of customers. This was the second time we tried to fly Allegiant. Our flight earlier this year was also canceled out of our departing city cancelling that entire planned trip in that they did not reschedule the flight and alternative airlines could not accommodate.

    My 1st and LAST TIME...I will never fly AA again! What a mess! My flight out of BZN was delayed…read moredue to brake issues on July 4th, flying to FLL for a cruise the next day. After 2 hours sitting on the plane the captain announced the brakes had been fixed. We were pushed back and brakes again locked. Captain announced they'd had issues the day before and we were asked to deplane. So if it was a known issue why wasn't it fixed the day before?! It was announced that the brakes were again fixed; however, the crew was exiting the plane. The CREW announced that they had timed out and could no longer fly the plane. The gate agent then announced that we would have to wait for a new crew to arrive from DFW. At this time I got a notice that I had been rebooked on a flight to MIA, even though I needed to go to FLL. Stood in line at the gate and after approximately 2 hours in line, I was able to get my flight changed to go into FLL on 7/5/25 since there were no flights to get me there sooner. The gate agent told me I would get a $12 voucher for food and a motel, but to just stay at he airport sine I would only have about 4 hrs until I departed out of DFW. Was able to finally get to DFW about 1:00am and just stayed at the airport. Was at the gate at 5:00 am to board my flight to FLL. I asked the gate agent about my bag that had been kept at the airport. He was VERY rude and told me that it was either already at my destination or would be on my flight. When I tried to ask him for more information, he repeated what he had said before and informed me that was what they are instructed to say and walked off. They started getting ready to board, when he realized there was no plane at the gate. He announced they needed to have someone get a plane out of the hanger. Did they just realize they needed an aircraft???!!! I made it to my cruise with an hour to spare.... On 7/11/25, still on the cruise, I checked in for my flight home, however it would not let me pay for checked bag fee. Got on the chat with AA and was told I could only do this once on line...WHAT???? After discussion, he told me he would make a note and told me I would have to check my bag at the airport and would pay the higher rate. I cannot find anything on the web page that states this. On 7/12/25, boarded plane for my flight home. Upon landing inDFW, I received notice that my connecting flight had been canceled. No gate agent at our arriving gate. Went to the customer service desk, about 100 people in line and 2 agents. About an hour later a 3rd agent arrived. After 2.5 hours of waiting, the agent told me I was not entitled to any vouchers. I paid for food and a motel. Arrived back at the airport at 6 am for my 8:00 am flight. The gate was changed 5 times before we were to board. People that were on the flight the day before said they got no compensation, however, a group of 4 on the same canceled flight www given motel and food vouchers! WTF!!! Why tell some people no and others get compensated... Finally made it back to BZN, only to find out my bag was broken. It was fine when I left FLL. I am out the money I had to pay for my motel in FLL for July 4th since it was too late to cancel, I am out the extra meals I had to pay for, out the cost of the motel in DFW on July 12 as well as meals, and an extra day of parking at the airport!! Now I'm trying to get through AA's mess of a website!! They just repeat the same thing and DONT listen or read what has been written. So this is long, however, I guess my attorney will be getting involved. Don't know what else to do. I've spent 2 full days on hold/waiting for a rep to no avail. My advice: DO NOT FLY AMERICAN AIRLINES. I'd pay a bit more and use another airline. In the end it will be cheaper and a lot less stressful!!!
