I have now used Southwest Auto Glass twice - the first time was for a new windshield and this past week they repaired a chip. In the first instance they sourced an OEM-branded windshield for my older BMW, which came equipped with an automatic rain sensor, a feature I wished to retain. Extra points for going the extra mile! The installer came to my house, so it was very convenient. The most recent occasion was to repair what Tech Jake said was a "double-chip", complete with star crack. He did an outstanding job on this more difficult repair. The office staff have always been friendly and efficient, and the techs are skilled and courteous. For these reasons Southwest Auto Glass continues to earn my business. read more

Southwest Auto Glass has assisted me with windshield repair twice now. The most recent appointment was really great. It took weeks to get the windshield in but the scheduler, Carter, was simply outstanding keeping me informed every step of the way until the glass was in and it was scheduled for install. I contacted Southwest Auto Glass for a windshield on one of my service trucks. The owner, Jill took my call and eventually made a mistake when scheduling the install. I was irritated and convinced I would need to find another company. How Jill handled the situation completely changed my mind. She was very professional and apologetic about the mishap. She had installers out first thing the next morning and did the job for free! She then took the time to drop a hand written apology in the mail. Being in the customer service business myself I understand that no matter how hard you try, you will make a mistake now or and then. While down in AZ visiting family I needed to get the windshield replaced on my 2012 Jeep Wrangler as it had a crack that finally made it's way all the way across. I called my auto-insurance company and they recommended Southwest Auto Glass, so I set an appointment with them. The guys who came out were prompt and worked very fast and did a beautiful job! I was very pleased with the service Southwest Auto Glass provided. I had a large crack in my windshield and my insurance company set me up with SW. I talked to Cam on the phone and he was very patient, answered all of my questions, and made an appointment for the next day. When the company came out they were very fast and friendly. Jesus went over the proper care for the windshield to ensure there were no problems. The next day I got a text message checking to make sure everything was good and that I was satisfied. I am very pleased with the service and will definitely be returning for any future auto Glass services! read more

Unfortunately, I have had to have my windshield replaced twice in six months due to daily trips on I-17. State Farm gave me Southwest's contact info, and from the very beginning, the customer service was exceptional. Even after a small issue, I received a follow up call from Jim, the owner, to make sure everything was taken care of, and to get my input. I'd like to say I'll never have to have my windshield replaced again, but when I do, Southwest Auto Glass will definitely be my go-to for windshield repair and/or replacement. read more

I originally deleted my review for when there employee forged my signature and tried to claim i stated the damage was already there and couldn't even own up to the damage they did tried to blame someone else messed it up but how ? When the car was ordered ! Brand new still in the wrapping paper when i got it and when they replaced the window i had the car no more than a week so i would really love to know where the other glass people came to damage it prior when i checked there's no record of that .. also why would you continue to do work on a car that if so like you claim had prior damage ( witch there wasn't ) put a window on it knowing it's not safe .. when i took it to Safelight they didn't even have to take the window off to tell me that it was unsafe to drive the at car they were so concerned that they wouldn't even let me drive it i had to get a tow .. with. Is how things should be done my safety should have came first and they still did this terrible work ! Tried to do the blame game even then !! Why would you put the damn window. On !! Even if there was damage it's not safe .. now they are claiming they don't have a technician who works on corvettes to change my window my insurance wants them to fix it this time just in case things come up we don't have to run from company to company again for them to get there crap together ... i still can't believe they had the nerve to tell me they don't work on corvettes when they change windows at the dealer ship i had my husband call to test it out with his corvette the dealer ship said they go through south west and he asked they do corvettes they called to make sure and they said yes what a complete joke now this company lies now I'm going to make this a bigger deal .. you happy now ! I just need to update my last review regarding Southwest Auto Glass. I needed some other work done on my 1999 Cadillac d'elegance. Called and spoke to Pete, Manager and asked for some help. Before you can say, "Jackie Robinson" I was taken care of right away. Pete sent a repair man named Bob. I was treated with respect and got the best service like before and was taken care of the next day.This is what I call True Customer Service. Thanks Pete for your help and sending Bob, a great guy who made sure I was a satisfy customer. South West Glass will always be number one in my book. Everyone reading this review, take note, be sure to ask Southwest Glass about their window treatment called Diamond-Fusion. Had it done on my car. Great fast and affordable service. We called for an emergency chip fill in our car and Kirk was able to get us in within a couple hours on a Sunday! The technician Paul S. was awesome and quickly took care of the three chips in our windshield. We were given a great rate and fantastic service, will use again in the future! read more
