Run away from this company and pick anyone else! Unprofessional, uncommunicative, unreliable. I understand things happen, but instead of owning their f-up, they offer "oopsy." When I contacted them, I shared with them and my insurance company the damage to my windshield was dangerous and affecting my line of sight. We set up appointment only for them to no call no show. Over four hours I waited. When I reached out, I was told first one story for their lame-osity, then when called out on that, got another mistruth, finally landing on we had to order parts and wait on said parts. Now I'm being told not only do I have to further wait on the parts, now I have to waste more of my own time to come to their shop to do the work. And how do I know this? I made an appointment to have a chip repaired and get a tint strip on my windshield. Setting up the appointment was easy and they took care of all the insurance. The appointment itself was fast. The chip repair seems fine. The tint strip is okay. It had some bubbles but they mostly came out when it cured as it heated up in the sun with one exception. Like others, I found discarded film in my backseat. Sloppy but also not a big deal. My real issue is they damaged the mounting bracket for my dash cam. It needs to be replaced, which I don't even know is possible. Definitely a headache I didn't need. read more

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! Highly recommended. I have a warranty and went through this for Anytime Auto. They met me to gather the info at the dealer. They made it so convenient for me. I scheduled, they met me at home for the glass, met me at work for the calibration. I brought the car in for tinting. They had me check to make sure the tint was how I wanted before proceeding. They got me a new camera cover as well. The waiting room had wifi, TV, snacks, coffee, hot chocolate, and water. The space was clean. Staff was welcoming. On top of all of this, I had another car service elsewhere and mixed up my times. Got there late and they still squeezed me in. If I could give them zero stars I would! Anytime autoglass was sent to replace my windshield by my dealership under warranty. The installer got the job done in under 15 minutes. When I explained that I wasn't happy with the workmanship because the glass wasn't sitting flat, he got disrespectful. A supervisor came to inspect the job and said he could see nothing wrong and the installation is what it is! He would have the owner come out to look at it. It has now been 2 months and not a word from the "owner" or anyone else. Now my $75k vehicle has a windshield with more waves on it than the beach. The installer couldn't even bother to clip the plastic bits on the windshield correctly. I had to do that after the fact! read more

The techs just finished installing and (different team) calibrating a new windshield in our Audi Q5. They were upbeat, professional, and efficient. This was a re-install. The first was an after-market windshield, and the heads-up display was wonky. I called and they got right on replacing it with OEM glass. First had a window replaced on a vehicle and had excellent service. A few days later we find a problem with the sunroof of another vehicle. The owner was so helpful and told me I could come to the shop to help get the problem diagnosed. I have used anytime for years with nothing but good experiences until this Friday. I had one of their technicians replace my windshield while I was away working and when I came back, there was damage to my vehicle. The technician did not leave me an invoice, multiple scratches to my windshield frame, a dent in my frame and my soft top was bent back. I contacted the company and Patrick came out to take a look at it. He refused to admit it was their fault and to fix the issue for me, at the end of our conversation he agreed to get a quote and have the damage fixed. The next day I received a text from Patrick stating that he would only pay for half of the expenses to fix the damage to my vehicle. What a company to damage a customers vehicle and hold them reliable. No photos of before/after installation of windshield from the technician, refusal to give me an invoice, refusal to hold themselves liable and to stand by their work. Their glass installer didn't clean the front windshield before installing the seal and scratched my truck while installing.

Called to get a glass quote - Sylvia was extremely helpful answering all of my questions. The price was very reasonable and ended up adding ceramic tint to my Model 3. Install took less than 3 hours as it had to be done in shop due to the camera callibration. My only gripe is that some dirty fingerprints were left on my a-pillars. Disclaimer, we originally went through a third-party to purchase the windshield before we were told to contact Anytime Auto Glass directly. In the end the owner came out. With as frustrated and irritated as we had been through this whole process he was very professional and communicative when he came out. He explained and actually showed me in detail what the issue was. In the end it turned out that it didn't have anything to do with the windshield or installation.
