They quoted me several times a certain price to get all my windows tinted, including my windshield. When it came down to it, they didn't do my windshield. Had a windshield (PPG Glass) that was installed in 2014 replaced on 03/23/2021. While traveling on Mckellips towards Scottsdale a rock hits my window and it immediately spiders. I do not recommend this auto glass shop as they use cheap quality glass. *Edit* Had SafePro Auto glass come out and do a chip repair and I can still see where the spidered chip is on the windshield. read more

Hands down the best experience I could have possibly had. I absolutely recommend this place for any auto glass needs. My windshield had *numerous* chips because of driving on the highway and it had a gigantic crack on the driver's side - pretty much right in my line of sight. It had been there a while but everywhere I checked was $500+ and honestly, I didn't have that kind of money. I stumbled upon SafePro because I was looking at Yelp for other people's experiences and I'm really thankful I did. So first off, everyone was so incredibly nice. I first spoke with Derek (who texted me! How nice!) and we went over if I'm paying out of pocket or if my insurance is covering it. Once going over my details, I picked a day, Derek gave me a 4 hour window and an email receipt, and said my card would be charged on the day of install. About 10 minutes before the guy (who was amazing - his name is Julio) arrived, he phoned me to let me know he was on the way. Once he arrived, he did a quick inspection and noted any dents or dings and let me know about them (likely this is a liability thing they need to do so they don't get blamed for something that isn't their fault). The install itself took all of 20 minutes and once they were done, the phoned me again to let me know. I came out and Julio explained to keep my windows rolled down about an inch for the first little while and not to wash my car for 3 days. I signed a couple of pages and then the guys were back on their way. Also, because I chose SafePro, I get free chip repair in Maricopa county for the life of the windshield, which alone is *so* worth what I paid (which was only $279!). I can not recommend this place enough. Everyone was so nice, the techs did an amazing job, and the price was pretty unbeatable. I'll be coming here again, when the need arises. read more

I enjoyed this experience. Although it took me 10 minutes to find the location the second time when I came back it was easy I remembered how to get there. You just have to go straight back as if you're heading to the ten freeway once you get into the business park. I enjoyed the snack that they have in the waiting room and ice cold water. Shortly after I posted my experience online, I received a call from the owner Rex, who was very contrite and wanted some more information about what had happened. This is an owner of a local company who seems to really care about his customers and making things right after something goes wrong. In my case, he personally delivered some compensation to me that was way over and above anything he needed to do, but it was well appreciated by myself. He does own several local glass companies and while the windshield industry still seems a tad shady, Rex is a class act. My windshield was fixed in a quick timely manner. However, I took 2 stars off because of the weird payment situation. I was quoted a price and told I had to pay a deposit and pay the rest after the repair was done. I told them that's fine. They called back and said they "accidentally" charged the full amount. Once again, another ARIZONA BUSINESS pulls a faulty move. I could count this as a genuine mistake, but in AZ there are no genuine mistakes. I wasn't even offered an apology, just a guilt trip about having to refund me would be difficult because the accounting office is closed now and blah-blah-blah. Wait till tomorrow blah-blah-blah, and will still take days to hit your account and by then we'd need to charge the card again for the service. So, despite getting the windshield fixed - I don't trust them. And it left me feeling like I should've paid more to the originally company i called & trusted. Wow has the customer service been amazing! So far they have been very friendly, very informative and very helpful. After Geico's online claim system automatically pointed me to schedule with Safelite AutoGlass I did some research and was not happy with their reputation. When I called they explained every aspect of the process to update my claim and even called Geico and waited on hold for me and then called me when they picked up.
