Southwest has 2 locations Indio and Cathedral city. We went to the Cathedral City location to pick out a large heavy rock water fountain. We picked out one we liked had it delivered to the house. Turns out the bottom wasn't level, so it was impossible to set it up in the plastic tub. They had it displayed level in the dirt. We called and had to fight with them to pick it up and deliver another that we would have to come back and pick out. THEN we get a rude call from Rich the manager saying that we had broken the fountain that was returned and we some how glued, and polished this several hundred pound stone. Again another fight, he demanded we come back to the yard to see. FORTUNATELY I took photos of the fountain before it left the lot the first time. He went through his contrived story, then my partner showed him the photos I took, and he didn't have a leg to stand on. All this stress for a water element that is supposed to have a calming affect. read more
