DO NOT SHOP HERE! Bedrosians does not stand behind their products! We purchased porcelain slabs for our kitchen. They were fabricated and installed by our contractor. Within two months the edges began to crumble in two areas. When we attempted to file a warranty claim it was denied after months of waiting and multiple emails. Customer service staff basically blame the victim by assuming the damage was our fault. Buyer beware! We spent thousands of dollars on our remodel and ended up with garbage. read more

I chose a porcelain slab and tile that was supposed to be an exact match... Waited a long time for the slabs and paid extra so that I would have an exact match... Slab and tile are not even close!!! And this is the second time The tile was installed because the first time I realized it was the wrong product halfway through and started over, I figured they would get it right the second time but they did not! We just bought a home in the desert that needed a full gut. My contractor suggested I come and check out this tile store. It was really easy to find, tons of parking, and the inside is very well organized with so many displays. I could get lost in their ginormous slab warehouse anyday. It really is my happy place! I have really enjoyed working with Jesse. He helped me pick out tile, countertops, floors etc. I had to reorder some slabs and he was wonderful keeping me up to date and sending me pictures when I asked. I wasn't expecting this type of service here to be honest but Jesse has done an outstanding job going above and beyond! I'm going to miss him when my remodel is finished! read more

Wow! The guy at the front desk told us what we were looking for was not popular. When we asked him to point us in the direction of the gray tile he told us that we would have to look. I can see why people think that the customer service is nonexistent, but I think it's because when you go to the showroom, you're walking around, looking at things, and personally, I don't want someone there with me at hand and feet trying to sell me their products. When I was ready to purchase and decide between options, I got GREAT service, especially with Jesse. He brought out tiles for me to see that were similar to those displayed and gave me great advice for things to consider between tiles. I definitely recommend this place. I enjoyed not having someone trying to sell me something because I got to see for myself whether I liked their products without someone trying to convince me to purchase something. I had a very small job, or at least most would consider it to be, because I only had three small pieces of broken tile I needed to replace. It was very important to me however. This place is huge, so I almost shied away from going in to ask for help, seeing as how my project only required 3 pieces of tile. I was warmly greeted, by a lovely gentleman by the name of Jesse, and was immediately assured that there is no project too small to matter. Unfortunately the size of the tile I needed had been discontinued, but he said if I could give him a little time, he would see what he could do. This was mid afternoon on Saturday. Monday morning, I was contacted by Jesse, to ask if I had received his email, because he believed he had found a match. It looked good, so I went to the store and was able to purchase the three tiles I needed. I give Jesse and Bedrosians A+++++++++++++ for such quick, incredible service. Just got off the phone with Bedrosian's in Ranch Mirage. I had called the week before and confirmed they were having their 2020 Labor Day sale and also confirmed that the product I was interested in was included in that sale. Since the sale started a week later, I did not place an order, thinking I had to wait in order to get the sale price. My contractor called and ordered today (the first day of the sale) and was not given the discount and was told the item was not part of the sale. I called and spoke with Jamie, who happened to be the store manager. I explained the story and after a few questions from her and without hesitation, she, as a courtesy, extended the sale price to my item. She didn't have to do that but that is TRUE customer service. This one simple action of kindness made me a Bedrosian's customer for life :) I live more than an hour away but will always make the effort to go there for my tile, stone or flooring needs and would certainly recommend the effort to my friends as well. Remodeling is tough! Between budgeting, choosing the right contractors, selecting the materials it's enough to drive you crazy! I was overwhelmed by my current house project and was feeling completely lost and hopeless with my materials we selected. We fell in love with the tile we had chosen for our shower and were so excited to see it installed. Unfortunately there were major problems with the materials, some were broken, there was confusion on how to install the pieces, the list continues. In fact at one point my husband and I were going to abandon the material and take the financial hit. Jesse Martinez our sales specialist would not allow it! Jesse came in as my knight in shinny amor! Jesse convinced me to keep my designs, do exactly what I wanted/ envisioned and absolutely do not settle! He not only N replaced the broken pieces, but Jesse even went as far as contacted my installer to advise him as how to install the chosen material without damaging it. We chose 3 slabs of Quartzite, had them placed on hold, bought all other kitchen materials, scheduled contractors, and BEDROSIANS SOLD OUR SLABS! Try Formation Stone, Arizona Tile and others BUT NOT BEDROSIANS. They wouldn't return phone calls, nor would they give us an honest answer to our question as to how we could move forward with our order when we went into the store.
