A large dip splits the course in half and can be a sticky situation if you're not great with your clubs yet, but a good drive can send you flying straight over it. The people golfing here and just looking for a good, fun, 9 holes. They're not here to get in and out before their wives find out, which is always great. I went with a group of three and took a short break at the club house before going to hole 6 to grab more drinks and a group of two ended up catching us, we let them play ahead of us and ended up talking to the older gentlemen briefly and they were incredibly friendly and easy going. You might not find the most serious people here, this is definitely a small, "screw it lets golf" on a whim spot to golf. The fairways are tight and bend often, leaving a big room for error for beginners (I've seen my own friend slice so bad it crossed two fairways), but without challenge you will never grow, so if you can keep it straight and accept the embarrassment, it's worth the play, but can get boring/old after going so much. If I had to describe it, "it gets the job done" when golfing. Not my first choice by any means but if I'm wanting to golf and I don't want to go far? Here I come.
