Even before I was a client, and needed help with repairs and or parts, dumping or just trying to gain info, they have it all with a free smile to boot. Now that I'm storing my trailer there, I never worry about where I'm going to dump or if I'm taking to long to do so. I used Southwest Rv service a second time, due to such a good experience on my last visit. I have a new trailer that I need to haul and it is 24' long. I needed electric break controller installed in my 29' motorhome. I also wanted electrical 120v outlets on the outside and in the storage area of the motorhome. I took it in for an estimate and decided to also have all the storage locks changed and adjust the main house door. Pricing was reasonable so I approved the work. They allowed me to drop it off a day early. They provided a Uber drive home, which I did not expect. The work was done and everything looked and worked as it was factory installed. They took the time to explain which controller would be best for my use. They finished a day early and my motorhome is improving all the time with their help. Thanks guys.. Fantastic business! My bf and I took our rv in to get a fuel pump replacement and an oil change, we booked the appt for the 28th of august, were told we could bring it on the 27th. We dropped it off August 27th and 4pm and had a call by 3pm the next day. It was spot on with their quote, and they even fixed and added several other things that we didn't even know we needed! When we picked up our rv (who i believe to be) the owner helped us find a couple other shops to help us with a few things that Southwest RV doesn't do, and also helped us get a few materials for our renovation and explained how to use them. Based on other 5 star reviews I decided to give Southwest RV a try. Actually, my "Try" was a major upgrade to lithium batteries and the infrastructure required. I love supporting small family owned businesses. But this one was an exceptional experience. Jeff, the owner, along with daughter Summer, son Colt and Keith are AWESOME!!! A great family business. I would recommend them to anyone who needs service or storage for their RV. I know my coach is safe and being well taken care of while it is stored for the winter. They offer many services including starting the generator and air once a month to make sure everything stays in good shape. Southwest Rv is probably the best place to store your RV. The grounds are always immaculate and the customer service is stellar. Not only is there an RV dump on site but they also have a parts and service department for added convenience. When that terrible storm hit last year, they did a complete evaluation of their tenants and notified us by phone the next day of any damage as a result of the storm. My rig's tire blew out and damaged my black tank. At least 5 repair shops said the tank could not be repaired. A replacement tank was not available because the maker had gone out of business. All of the other shops offered to retrofit a replacement by rearranging all the tanks or ordering a custom-made tank. Only Southwest was able to get the existing tank repaired and put my rig back on the road in about one week. They are phenomenal. read more
