Bottom line. They charged me $698.72. The average to have the work done at a dealer or independent shops runs about $417.88. Math says i was easily overcharged $280.84 at Mobile Medics !! The part cost $150.00 at the dealership not $257.66. 'Shop Rates' (labor) are $170.00 not $260.00. They charged me $15.00 for 'shop supplies. What shop supplies did they use ? They charged me $15.00 for 'EPA/waste removal.. I took the old part home with me ! Sub total was $647.66!! if i paid cash it would have been $659.17. $12.00 more if I paid cash ? if I paid with a CC it was $698.72. $51.00 more if i used a credit card?! That doesn't even make sense!! They never offered a senior discount when I was at the counter to pay. The never offered a Veterans discount when I was at the counter to pay. Good business practices say all the above was wrong.

This is the third motor that they will be installing into our one (1) owner, ran great and quite. Took it to Haralson's for a radiator & tires.. Nine (9) months and $11,000.00 later we got it back.. It sounded like a thrashing machine and loud...we took it to an independent shop to check it out because did not feel comfortable driving it.. The independent shop found that the timing was off, 4 bolts- 3 missing, 1 not even finger tight and the water pump was leaking, just for starters... The mechanic dropped a bolt down the intake, in our original motor, the second one they are blaming the motor company for the motor having a grove in it and that is why the water pump is leaking ? Right !!! Now we are waiting to hear when the new motor will be in and installed.. My main complaint this time is The treatment I am receiving, like I am the bad guy ?? The manager (Cari) at the Taylor, AZ shop is not getting back with me, I have called the main office In Sanford, AZ I've talked to Joey (Manager), Shawn Haralson and someone named Chris.. I have talked to all of them, and left voice maiLes.. No one has gotten back with me. I called and asked to speak with the Owner ( Casey Haralson ) a gentleman named Chris said she was not there could he help me, I started to tell him my name and the situation and that we needed a loaner because we couldn't go another nine (9) months without our truck.. he said he would talk to Casey and call me back in an hour, that was two(2) days ago !! I've tried to call three or four times during business hours, they see my number and just let it ring and ring. My advice to anyone considering, thinking or wondering if they should take their vehicle to Haralson's DO NOT. The staff were always friendly, personaliable and the interior was cared for with a waiting room. (I prefer to drop and leave to run errands). In short time my vehicles were completed in a timely manner and at a fair price. (my alignment was a little off and I was not charged a full rate for a minor adjustment) I will return for my service needs and I highly recommend this location.

Our summer camping trip to Big Lake got off to a bad start when the radiator blew on the top of the…read morerim. Thankfully, we had AAA and while we were trying to tell AAA where we were, Fraley's tow truck came up over the hill returning from a tow to Payson. The driver pulled over when he saw us stranded on the top of the hill, vehicle packed to the rim with two teenagers and a 90 lb dog. Dan had the tow truck loaded in no time and even went so far as to try to locate the radiator while we were en route to Show Low. Unfortunately, our vehicle had 3 possible radiators so they couldn't order the part until we got to Show Low. As soon as we arrived, they determined which radiator was needed before they even pulled the Tahoe off the tow truck. They got to work on it right away, pulling the radiator so that when the new one arrived all they had to do was install it. Jennifer in the office was great, making sure we all had water (including the dog) before we did anything else. Once the repair was done, Jennifer explained they are an authorized Napa parts repair shop, so if there were any issues with the new radiator the work is warranted at any Napa repair shop nationwide. Our trip was delayed, but they got us up and on the road again very quickly. We are very thankful for the way Fraley's took care of us in one day. We were on our way out of Show Low and even made it to get camp set up just before Sunset.

The day I made the appointment I got switched over to the parts department and ordered the part. I confirmed with parts department that it would arrive intime for the install on the 4th. On the date of the appointment, which was confirmed by your text, i had to cancell due to my wife's illness. I call back to reschedule the appointment ASAP. Had to leave a request for call back. I received a voice msg later that day. I find part was never ordered due to me have to prove the Duramax is mine and the part was not and will not be ordered until I personally bring drivers license and proof of ownership of the vehicle. Really? Do you think it might me a good idea to let me know this from the very beginning. Like when the parts clerk talked to me. Or maybe when he found out that he couldn't order it with proper owner proof. It is a good thing that I didn't drive up 20 miles on the 4th just find out you never ordered the part. I would been highly angered. So now I'm going to drive to Horne today to make sure the part is ordered. Not cool at all.
