She kept saying, that she knew my house was out there and she was going to find it. She did and it is perfect. She is dogged for her clients - she will go to any lengths to make sure they are happy, protected in their investment, and occasionally pick a client off the floor as they walk through this huge investment. I went away from closing highly peeved with the process. I very much object to having any document…read morepresented to me on the day of closing I had not had a chance to read over beforehand. The particular document in question I was asked (required, obligated, forced, compelled...) to sign declared my agreement, as buyer, to the seller's state of mind and knowledge of circumstances that I have no way of confirming and I would infer to be otherwise. The document also declared that in any event any subsequent dispute between the seller and buyer was NOT a matter of which the title/escrow team had any knowledge. (Again, I infer otherwise, or they wouldn't require me to agree to a signed release.) I am taking all other business in the area to other companies.
