Few weeks ago I found myself in tears because our home insurance company sent a inconsiderate adjuster, he saw the water damage in our kitchen wall, a little bit of mold and denied ‍ it right away! he did not even turn the water on to see where the leak is coming from he automatically said he is denying me coverage! Avoid this company and the person behind it, Jeff Ruiz, at all costs. He promised to help with my claim but in the end simply submitted the receipts I provided and didn't advocate at all. He never answered questions clearly and left us hanging on multiple occasions. Sometimes it would take weeks for him to respond despite multiple messages and emails. He made several false representations and in the end we had to fire him, complain to the the state insurance commissioner, and make a claim on his surety bond. Sadly, he's an untrustworthy liar who cost us months in lost time. I strongly recommend you find someone else. read more

I'm living in Irvine, and my garage was on fire due to a defective Samsung Gas Dryer. I got covered by two insurance companies. One of the insurance was for the inside of the house (content). Whereas the other company was HOA insurance, and it was intended the house's exterior (structure). Both these Insurances adjusters tried to "PLAY" with me to limit their covered liabilities as much as possible. The insurance for the inside house told me, based on the Fire Department's report, it was my fault for not cleaning airflow in the back of your Dryer. Since they said it was my fault, they refuse not to pay more than the deductible amount from HOA insurance which is $5,000. He keeps you hanging for months without showing any documentation of what he is doing, nor what has been submitted to the insurance company. If you question his work he is either abrupt with one sentence replies, won't reply at all, or will call you yelling if you challenge him. This will take away your ability to talk to your own insurance company. I am not a big yelp reviewer. But I had to do one for this. First let me say if I could give 10 stars I would!! We had a fire damage in our kitchen back in November, 2018. The insurance sent out their adjuster and then decided they would only cover two cabinets to be replaced and pay to repaint the rest. This would of devalued our kitchen with mix and match cabinets and a paint job. The estimates we got to fix the kitchen back to where is was were north of $50,000. The insurance only wanted to pay less then 1/3rd of that. Then we found Jeff, thank goodness. Jeff is very professional and VERY good at what he does. He understands the insurance game (and yes your insurance is not on your side when u need them). Jeff walks you through the process and gets all the right steps in place to help you get your damage back to normal. Jeff took over for us and was able to recover the entire amount needed to repair and replace the damage in our kitchen in full. My advice, hire Jeff before you even talk to your insurance.
