Joseph was one of many, many adjusters who came by offering their services, but he immediately stood out. He wasn't pushy, sales or fear driven, instead, he had a grounded, respectful approach and offered guidance even knowing I wouldn't be his client. Throughout the process, Joe generously shared tips and pointed out gaps I might have missed. He checked in through phone and text, always willing to support and answer questions. His advice helped me navigate a stressful experience with more confidence. If Joe offered this level of help simply out of kindness, I can only imagine how impactful he'd be if you actually hired him. Thank you Joe, for your professionalism and humanity. I'll be recommending you without hesitation.

I wish I would have done my research prior to enlisting these "advocates". However suffering a fire can shake an individual to the core and that is exactly what it did do. And this company compounded trauma and the ptsd with their poor character and business practices. Fearing for my health i foolishly contracted with this group. Steve is odd and inappropriate and is prone to lying. And big surprise he doesn't like being called out on it. They did not submit a detailed list of critical concerns and personal/property damages with the evidence/receipts/ photos that i comprised. It totaled somewhere around $30,000,00 or more. Luckily once I took over representing myself I did recover that money. There's too much to list but the big insult was them backing out the day before the carriers inspectors were scheduled to come to the house. Leaving us without representation and only hours to figure out how to successfully handle this ourselves. I did it. Successfully. And continued to be successful in getting the fullest extent of payable coverage for our claim. It was not easy learning this process so quickly it's a tough one to navigate. The unprofessional behaviors and vindictivness of this group is astounding. Im grateful in the long run because I did better without them. However it was a lot of stress to have to deal with all at once and immediately. After reading the reviews I realized I am not the only one that they have done this to. And believe me they know what they're doing and the timing. Part of me suspects that they work with the carrier and somehow gain a benefit when doing this to an insured party. Don't use these people. They could've cost me more then just money. The stress is why I hired them in the first place.

He was professional yet caring and did everything he could to help us assess the situation. Communication was prompt and efficient. Although we ultimately couldn't work together, Jay and his firm are solid and I would not hesitate to contact him again or refer him to friends and family if there is ever a need for a public adjuster!

    What the hell happened with these guys? I saw the good reviews so I decided to call to ask for a…read morequote. Even if they couldn't write me a policy, I at least wanted to discuss what my options were. Get some clarity on the very confusing insurance process you know? First I couldn't get through to anyone when I called. The receptionist or person who answered sent me to quotes dept like 5 times and no one would answer. They blamed it on "high volume" of customers or whatever. But how do you not have a process to respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner? I can't wait 2 weeks to get a damn quote. I'll just go somewhere else. The person in quotes dept Sheryl was rude and had terrible customer service. She made up excuses about why they couldn't get back to me in time. I filled out their form online explaining what I wanted in my policy and a little of my situation. First I got this rude email (I think she wrote it) telling me they didn't want to talk to me and couldn't write me a policy. The email was short with very little explanation why. Then when I called AGAIN for the 6th time to finally get SOMEONE to talk to me, Sheryl rudely just refused to talk or listen to me, kept repeating over and over how they couldn't write me a policy and basically told me to go away. No solutions, no help, no suggestions on how to fix my situation. Look if you can't write me a policy, fine. I get it. But don't leave a customer twisting in the wind. At least take the time to answer my questions and give me suggestions on where I CAN get help. It's basic decency and politeness. Be warned everyone! Customer service at this place has gone very downhill recently. You're better off going elsewhere!
