Absolutely love Kelly!!! I have been with Kelly for over a year now and followed her from her previous location. Her work is always consistent and she takes her time with every detail. I see her every 3 weeks to get a mani/pedi and she never rushes me or her work. Recently I got my nails done for Halloween, and I wanted a spider design on each ring finger. She looked at a pic I found online and was able to give me what I wanted. She even redid it since the first spider she drew didn't come out as big as I would have liked. She didn't have any problem redoing it. Kelly makes sure all her customers leave satisfied! I have had so many of my customers and even strangers at the grocery store compliment me on my nails. You get all the amenities of an expensive spa for a reasonable price here. Kelley is the only one working here, so you definitely NEED AN APPOINTMENT. It doesn't say so on Yelp, and Kelley can't fix it to say it- but she is very accommodating and tries to fit you into her busy schedule. She is available by text and phone call. You will feel really special as she is the only one there and focuses only on you. Not only that but this lets her put special attention and detail into everything she does without the rushed feeling other nail salons can have when things get too busy. Russell Jones is a great hairstylist, I have been going to him for over 5 years now. He is very knowledgeable of the products he uses, and the styles that fit your need. He always gives you enough time to make sure you are satisfied with your experience. I have sent many referrals his way including my co-workers and they always tell me how GREAT he is and how educated he is with what he does. If you are looking for a good environment and a fantastic hair stylist Russell Jones is the guy to go too. He will listen to what you need and want and you will be more than satisfied with your results. Russell Jones is a very good stylist! I have been a client for aprox 6yrs. Haven't had any issues or problems! Everyone I have ever referred to him has had a great experience as well. To the person ^ with the bad review, you have a right to voice your bad experience!.. But that's taking it way too far! Anytime you go and change your color, cut etc.. It's a chance you take. He offered to correct it and was aware of the bad turn out.. Which is why he scheduled to fix it! Maybe he was late bc he has a life and had squeezed you into his schedule as soon as he could to fix it for you. You obviously have too much time on your hands to take a stylist to small claims.. I would highly recommend Tiffany Johnson for hair cutting/styling at SOZO Boutique Salon! I have very thin hair which has been challenging my whole life but she has somehow found the perfect hair style for me. It's easy to maintain and looks great. I can text her directly (832-732-9636) to change appointment times which is a huge plus in my hectic life. Her attitude is just another added bonus. I found my hair stylist for life! FINALLY! I came in today without an appointment. The lady in the front quickly went back and found Quynh who said that she would work with me as soon as she finished her current client. 30 minutes later, which went by very quickly, she comes on out, introduces herself and away we go. She was able to multitask, doing my hair and teaching one of the colorists Chelsea (who was also really amazing). Quynh was really fun and knew what I wanted and her prices were very reasonable. Tiffany Johnson has been my favorite hair and waxing specialist to date. She is very careful and thorough and she is the only one who doesn't make my face "break out" after waxing. Kelly is fabulous! I was recommended to her by a friend and followed her when she moved salons she was that good. She takes the time and effort to give a wonderful pedicure and goes above and beyond to care for my feet - corns and ingrown toenails and all!
