Review all reviews!! !DO NOT HIRE THEM. POOR JOB AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. OVERPRICED. This company did a poor job. They were on time to start the job and kept telling me how great it would look. I would have no problems for 10 years. Had problems the day after they left and were paid in full. Sent them pictures of the new trim that they had replaced now showing sap leaking and bubbling as well as other messed up areas. After first accusing me of spilling something on the trim, they begrudgingly showed up replaced the piece of wood and slapped on paint on all the sections that were bubbling or showing the wood grain through the dark green color I chose. After they left and the paint dried it was obvious and showed all the areas they had slapped paint on and the new wood started to split from the siding. When contacted and provided with photos of the issues, they said they were too busy and that they had done their job. I should not bother them anymore. I had to contact Sherwin William's to ask about the paint problems as that was the place they sent me to pick colors for their Super Paint. Was informed that due to light refraction you cannot use brush painting over spray unless the whole piece is redone in the same manner. Otherwise it will reflect the light and look obvious. I tried to get them to come back and look at it so they could see what I saw in the photos and repaint it. They refused stating too busy and they were done and no one else had a problem but me..said they were done. I have 15 or more fotos of the poor job they did and refuse to come back out for, even to look at. They overcharged me, but they could start right away so I decided to give the small business owner the work due to our economy & covid-19. A decision I highly regret. Owner speaks poor English and covers it up with "No worry" whenever a question was asked. Now they are rude and refuse to come back. They took foto of my house & put on their site to show their work. It's terrible but looks great from the street. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. I need to have it redone and am contacting a lawyer. . Buyer Beware!! **Trust me DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! Cant add photos but if you Google this business I have posted photos on review there...its only gotten worse!! Zoom in on photos only looks good from the street.He took my photos down from his site after my review and texted me I would have problems with the police and his lawyer as I am not allowed to write anything about his business....I'm done!! So TIRED of poor customer service!! First bad review I've ever written, but Not the first time bad service. No more!! Service: Exterior painting and trim repair replace that's the worst of it. As if he has no knowledge of wood. I have to have it all redone! Sap is leaking from the wood and the knots are showing through the paint.! One piece is actually pulling away and it was painted 1st week of July..He actually told me when I asked about all the nail marks showing on the trim, " that's how it works! Paint never covers up the nails totally. You can always see them because nails are what holds the trim on"!
