I had Yuki as my esthetician and the facial massage was absolutely amazing. It was incredibly relaxing and probably my favorite part. A few things could have made the experience even better. I do wish the esthetician had talked me through the steps of the facial a bit more and asked about any problem areas or skin concerns beforehand. Also, after the mask was applied, the esthetician left the room without letting me know she was done or when she would be coming back, so I ended up laying there for over 15 minutes unsure of what was happening. Other than that, the service itself was very good and relaxing overall. I left feeling refreshed and would consider coming back again.

Some staff talk a bit louder then realize they are loud and stop. Some other customers forget to silence their phones, so you may hear the dings and rings. My top ten reasons that I am loyal: 1) Lily and Jenny are talented massage therapists. During my April visit, after receiving my massage and facial, I tipped within what I believed was an appropriate and standard amount. However, the receptionist then pressured me for more money. I was completely shocked and uncomfortable. Feeling put on the spot, I reached into my purse and gave additional money, but I left feeling upset and taken advantage of. The next day, I called to speak with a manager about the situation. I was told the manager did not speak English and that I would need to explain my complaint to the receptionist so she could translate it herself. That made me even more uncomfortable and disappointed, especially since my complaint involved the staff and handling of tips. I have spent a significant amount of money at this spa and expected professionalism and respect. Instead, I was left feeling pressured, unheard, and unwilling to return despite having sessions remaining. Customers should never feel obligated or pressured into giving additional tips after already tipping appropriately.

I have a lot of tension held in my back, due to working on my feet in healthcare, and she really helped relieve years of tension I've gotten used to living with. I initially wanted to do 30 mins for $35 but she said it's $45 for an hour so I agreed. When it came time to pay, I only had $52 in cash and I thought ok that's perfect. It's a 16% tip. It's not great but it's something. The cashier woman then begins accosting me for not tipping enough. She said I should give at least $15 to $20 for a tip. She was angry and I said that's all the cash I had. She then called a man over who seemed like the owner and said, she only left $7. And he said it's fine... and I walked out as she death stared me. Then outside, a strange man approached me asking if I worked there. The massage was great but everything after that was not worth it. I would've gone back and tipped better if I wasn't harassed for my business. Will definitely not go back.
