Have had two pedicures at this location (one in January this week, and one the first week of December). Really pleased with my service and pedicurist Rose! I had a pedicure with callus removal. I booked online after confirming the price was $39 on the website. When you sit down in the chair, they confirm with you on a little menu with prices what you would like, which I liked! Salon is clean, sanitary, and really welcoming! The pedicure was great both times! Soaking, cuticle removal, nail shaping, a scrub and a lotion massage. The pedicure also included a hot stone rub and hot towel. My toenails look great and my feet are soft again! Definitely will keep returning for this sweet treat! read more

Worst experience ever! Came in to get a pedi before my wedding, they cut down all my nails unevenly. She cut my cuticles and my skin so much it bled and hurt. Poor and lousy job on the polish, just to be charged $55. Save your money and find somewhere else! read more

So I recently wanted to book my birthday pedicure and I called to book it as they emailed me $10 off coupon. Megan the owner answered and said we don't have any appointments this week and call next week and yes you can use your coupon still. I called and spoke to the owner Megan the following week and she advised me that they will not be booking any future appointments for me as they feel I won't be happy. I called the Meghan Spa salon to tell them my gel nails have chipped and starting chipping 6-7days after I had them done. They told me to come in for the repair, but that I would have to be charged. I do not write reviews, but after spending over a $100 on services with a very good tip that answer was not acceptable. I have had gel nails on and off for many years and they have never chipped or been damaged even after two weeks. Meghan this is not good business. I took my mom for a manicure. It was a very nice experience. We were greeted and immediately asked to pick a color for our nails. The technicians were thorough with their work. I really liked the color I picked "Taro Pudding". My mom even switched her color to the same one. I do not get my nails done often, but it was a good experience. The salon was clean and bright. I've gone many times w my Daughter and DIL we get the deluxe pedi w massage ! We choose our box of products and it's been amazing once in while it is a bit rushed but for most part I love it ! I get the gel polish and it lasts a very long time ! My daughter, her boyfriend and I had mani/pedis last Friday. They were diligent about COVID precautions in all aspects. Chris did my mani/pedi. He was very conscientious, did a great job, including a decent job on massaging my calves and feet, and took pride in his work, while doing it quickly. We were all very pleased. They also use hot towels on your calves, and hot stones on your feet while doing your polish. And the pricing is very reasonable. I paid $49 for both mani/pedi with regular (not gel) polish. My daughter paid $55 for just a gel pedicure. I highly recommend. The only service I wish they would add (all salons really) is ring cleaning. I had it offered at a few more high end salons and it was a very nice, special service. It wouldn't cost them much, just a few ultrasonic jewelry cleaners which are relatively inexpensive. read more

I've never had my nails done by her just by the nail tech Tracy. who was not there to do my nails. She was bending up my fingers and frustrated doing them . When I called for a fill appointment she kept hanging up on me cus I said I was not happy with my nails the last time and not okay with anyone just doing them so she banned me and my sister from the salon. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I went two weeks ago for a full set with gel polish (was told it would be $45), my nail lady was very thorough which could be nice HOWEVER it took almost 2 hours for a full set which is INSANE. And then to top it off she charged me $55 and when I questioned it there was no answer! I reluctantly went back yesterday for a polish change and was charged $35 because "they filled in the bottom of my nails", which was NOT NECESSARY because I just had them done and simply wanted a new polish color. The woman told me their prices reflect the "quality of products they use", but FYI they use the EXACT same products as everywhere else I have ever been in the entire country. I can go and get a full set anywhere else in Rochester between $30-35 AT THE MOST, and a polish change for $7-10, which is exactly what I'll be doing from here on out. read more

Today I went to get my nails done in preparation for my wedding on Saturday. I showed the nail tech a picture of what i want (a faded/ombre french look) and told her I was getting married Saturday. After my pedicure she put on white tips and I assume that she would be using the tips to create the fade effect I was looking for. After putting on a typical French manicure she asked if I wanted a clear top coat and I told her no I wanted the fade. It was then that she told me she could not do it. Please note that there is an image of exactly what I wanted in their gallery on their website. She was apologetic said she "wasn't listening" when realizing this was for my wedding and did something OK but not what I wanted. She did not offer a discount..I was way over charged. Nails are nails and I'm trying to not let them get me down for my wedding day but it is not what I wanted and she should have told me she could not do it from the start so I could have gone elsewhere, despite being advertised on their website as something that they have done before. read more
