On a whim while on vacation, I stopped in to get a massage and was scheduled with Cherie. I've had many many massages of the years and this was hands down the best. She was very aware of physiology and where you get the most tension build up and left me wishing I had gone for the 90 min rather than just an hour. It was reasonably priced for how relaxing and therapeutic of a massage it was. I only wish I lived down there and could go to her on a regular basis. read more

I have now had two phenomenal massages at Spa Bleu. Both experiences were equally wonderful. I've had Keelah and Sherri as my therapists and they were both great. They were both warm, welcoming, professional, and very good at what they do. The massages I've had here have ranked up with the best I've ever had. Both therapists listened to my concerns and preferences & checked in with me periodically throughout the treatment. The staff working the front desk have always been so kind and welcoming. Spa Bleu will definitely continue to be my go-to for massage services in Savannah! Right now I'm close enough to walk, but parking is probably tough. read more

On a mother daughter beach trip and decided to pamper ourselves with a massage. Neither of us had experienced a hot stone massage before so we chose to give it a try. The spa is very soothing, clean and classy. Ben and Kassie were our therapists and they were both fantastic! We both agreed they seemed to know where we needed the most work. i go to this spa every time i visit Savannah. Its the only place i found to be consistant in their customer service.Erin the front desk coordinator/maybe manager is the best! he always makes things right for me even when i was less then thrilled with my therapist one time. Hes on top of it over there! i only give 4 stars because its doesnt have the amenities as a spa at this price point should have, and sometimes the therapists are hit and miss as far as being VERY experienced the way that i prefer. Thats mostly because i am a spa owner myself and am very fussy. Overall the the massages are good and the customer service is FANTASTIC! I did find they have massage chairs on my last visit in the relaxation room. I sat there and drank peppermint tea after my massage. My last massage was a very good one. Purchased a couples massage as a Christmas gift to my significant other, was an incredible first time experience for both of us. We were running late for our appointment and they were very understanding and accommodating. Kassie was very kind and personable, and made a point to ask what areas I would prefer her to focus on. My (now) husband gave me a massage and nail package for a pre-wedding gift. It was my first massage, and it was amazing. The lady got out all of my knots and the products that they used smelled amazing and I was so comfortable! I then got my nails done. I wouldn't get my nails done here again, as it began to come off the day that I got them done, and overall did not look as good as when I have had them done at other places. If they offered gel nail color then that might have been better! read more

My boyfriend and I went in for couple's massages while we visited Savannah. The massage was great, but definitely not worth the $200 we paid. They let us both choose aromatherapy oils and took us to the same room for our massages. They were great on making sure they massages at the appropriate firmness and areas we requested, even did hot-towels. However, the whole experience didn't seem worth the money we paid. read more

This place is a maze of tranquility, and you want to get lost there. You'd never know that you're in the heart of downtown Savannah either. I've had many massages in my life from "club rubs" to neuromuscular. I've lived in Savannah for the past 7 years and have yet to find a masseuse that actually hurts...in the good way. When you know that your muscles are really getting the work that they need. I didn't realize that what I was searching for was literally right in front of my face. Big round of applause to Cherie and her amazing technique. I honestly felt like she was trying to understand my body in order to give me the best possible massage, and she succeeded! DO NOT GET YOUR EYELASH EXTENSIONS DONE HERE!! First set came off within hours of leaving and they weren't full. They made accommodations for a new set and within 24 hours the left eyelashes started coming off. Had a follow on appointment for a eye lash fill in and when I arrived at my appointment, with my appointment card, the receptionist said there wasnt an appointment made for me...they were the ones who made the appointment card and the appointment. I guess they cancelled my appointment because I didnt leave a tip during the last visit. I told the receptionist about my most recent experience with my left eyelashes coming off and he immediately blamed me and saif I was the only one this has happened to...WOW eyelashes from this establishment cost entirely to much to play the blame game and be unprofessional....BEWARE read more

I booked a couples massages for me and my boyfriend. He's never had a massage so I was excited to see how he would react! They offered us champagne, water or tea to start out with while waiting. We just went with some water and were then called back shortly after. The front desk staff has great customer service! For our massages, we had Stephanie and Cherrie - they were absolutely amazing! They made sure to ask about the pressure and if we were comfortable during the massage. I would definitely recommend - my bf totally loved it! An odd spa. I don't think I would call it a spa as it does not have the usual amenities (jacuzzi, shower, sauna, etc) Good massage, no complaints, but the establishment is over a Panera where the microwaves beep incessantly. Well, I didn't really know what to expect. The place was beautifully decorated. I booked the Savannah Honey Bee Body Service. Not really sure about this. I think that they created the service to be indigenous, but it was mixed with so many other things that is was hard to understand the name. I didn't really notice any extra glow or relaxation. It was actually pretty awkward. They put this stuff on you, wrap you up, then turn on the shower for you. I don't really think that it is worth the $100. I should have been made to feel more pampered for that amount of money. read more

I am an out of state resident and inquired about a massage. The receptionist put me down for a reservation even though I mentioned I have a schedule for my trip and do not know if I may make it in. He assures me that I could always reschedule within 24hrs. Well comes to be I was stuck on fort Stewart's security check point and wasn't able to make it at 4p.m. 4:30 pm I called and requested to reschedule after noticing a $180 charge on my account. They then put me on with the director and he explained they are fully booked and would not be able to refund my money. I am currently on Bbb and notifying everyone who may attend this spa they are very unprofessional would not accomadate me in anyway and there only out for the quick buck rather it's doing good or bad. I am terminally ill and have recently been seeking massage therapy to help with comfort and relaxation. Not only are they overwhelmingly generous they are kind and compassionate and excellent at what they do! I am in Savannah for work and decided on taking a spa morning. I am so glad I did! Keelah worked with me and walked me through each step of the mango honey wrap, back massage, and hand wrap. She is amazing! I told her that I never wanted to leave! The wrap left my skin so soft and moisturized. You are able to shower off the wrap in a cozy, fully stocked shower room. Each room from waxing to massage to wrap to shower was beautiful, decorated with perfect light and fixtures. They are in the perfect spot right near everything you would want to be around for a relaxing day or for a quick service and then on with your errands. I have been to Spa Bleu about 7 times for all different services and haven't been disappointed by a single thing at all. They have a cozy welcoming and luxurious reception area, and a beautiful and calm relaxation room to enjoy while you wait for your service to begin. The rooms are serene and comfortable as well as quite, I feel like I'm far away from the "real world" when I get to the room. I had a very disappointing experience at Spa Bleu recently, and would encourage anyone thinking about coming here NOT to waste their time and money. I first came here in November to get eyelash extensions- overpriced, yes, but they were done how I like them (long and voluminous) and stayed in for a good month afterwards, so I felt I got my money's worth. Come January, however, when I came in for another full set, I was SHOCKED by what I recieved. I paid nearly $200 for short lashes that were barely noticeable. The "stylist" claims she's always given me these short lashes. After a lot of back and forth with the spa (even emailing pictures comparing the first and second set) they did not offer me any refund at all. Luckily, Milan Day Spa will be doing my next set and fixing Spa Bleu's mess for 50% of their full set price. DO NOT waste your money at Spa Bleu. It is a stuck up, snobby institution that is overpriced and (clearly) overrated. read more

Angels. My husband and I were driving from Tennessee for our honeymoon when the car broke down. We got stuck for hours and had to cover the unexpected expense to keep our trip from getting cancelled completely. I went to call Spa Bleu because we could no longer afford this part of our itinerary and one of the owners was the one to answer the phone... To my shock, he announced that we wouldn't need to cancel because the couples massage would be "on the house". This was so special to me to be able to have this treat because we have had a string of unfortunate events with almost every aspect of our lives including the wedding plans. This blessed us so much as a newly married couple, helped our body's and our minds after the recent mishaps and just proves that Spa Bleu keeps the kind of heavenly atmosphere where you wanna find yourself treated like royalty no matter the circumstance. The massage itself was lux and restorative. I loved the aromatherapy blend and the skilled hands of my masseuse.
