The place is so cute and the services is really good! The ladies working there are so nice and welcoming. I went in and was instantly helped. My nails look wonderful!! Leidimar was super nice and friendly, I had a great conversation with her as she worked on my nails! Honestly my best experience while doing my nails :)

What a great place. Came here on a recommendation from my sis as her nails are always fabulous. It's a bit far off for me but well worth the trek to get a quality job done. The place is smaller but you don't feel cramped. It's so clean and very cute they way they decorated. They have a nail bar set up with a high top table and comfortable chairs and the pedicure chairs are very comfy too. Every foot spa is lined for proper sanitation and you can tell they take that seriously. I happened to be the first appointment at 10am so was the first to arrive. The owner and my nail tech Ariamne were setting up and greeted me. They were so friendly and were quick to offer me some coffee and water to get me settled in. On to the nails! I usually do my nails myself because I'm picky and don't like to spend money on a crapy job but I'm happy to say these ladies are very meticulous. I normally don't cut my own cuticles so when I came in today they were pretty horrific. Ariamne was fantastic at cleaning them up. Felt 5 pounds lighter after she attacked those babies. Great job on the gel manicure as well, not too thick so I know it will last. She gave my feet a great overhaul also and took here time cleaning them up. So for a gel manicure and pedicure I was there for about an hour and a half. Not too bad given the state of my cuticles lol. I had a very nice experience at this nail salon and was sure to make my next appointment before I left. They also have waxing services which I'll be taking advantage of next time I go. I came after looking up a nail salon near FIU and found them on Yelp. They had good reviews, I figured why not? First off, the actual spot is so beautiful and really well decorated and taken care of. This really is a place to relax and unwind. They have a pretty good selection of nail polish (I did gel). Ariamne did my nails. She is so sweet and really patient with clients. I didn't like the original color and she didn't seem to be bothered at all; I was able to change it without any problems. Definitely will be coming back! The manicure wasn't PERFECT, and I do think it's a little bit pricey at $25, I'm used to $20 for gel. But besides that, it was a great experience.

I have found my new place to pamper myself , since the moment I came in to Spa_Cio they welcome me with a smile and very sweet, the place is AMAZING ! their decor is so high class, Ariamne did my acrylic and my toes, super nice, and she takes her time to make sure I was happy with the results, Laura, oh my God, in my daughter's words she has angels hands, she did my daughters facial, and they came out of there like they just got out of heaven lol, my daughter still talks about her feet massage, is to die for, I will be doing that next visit, and what can I say about Spa_Cio's owners Maria Alejandra and Cesar, divinos. they are so attentive, always asking if we want anything to drink, super sweet. I can not believe, I didn't discover them before. I recommend Spa_Cio to anyone that wants to feel pampered from the moment you step foot in Spa_Cio.. Love love love this cute nail salon! The girls are great! It's a relaxing, extremely clean and comfortable. Natural nails, so NO smelly chemicals & noisy drills with dust going everywhere. They take their time & have lots of colors to choose from. Also, they carry Zoya polish which is vegan & virtually odorless.

Not sure why this place has so many great reviews. The color selection is minimal and my manicure wasn't even that great. Sorry guys, I really wanted to like this place but it fell way short for me. I absolutely loved this place! They line their pedicure stations and I saw the nail tech take her tools out of the enclave machine. Maria Alejandra was amazing. They nicest manicure and pedicure I have ever gotten! She is such a perfectionist! I will definitely be going back!

Really nice people, good and fast service. Went for quick manicure and sat down right away. They do speak spanish so its very easy to communicate if thats what you need. 25$ for manicure which is really good for what your getting.

I was refused service! I came in and requested a nail fill and pedicure; the salon was basically empty (I saw one other person getting a service). I went in around 3. (Nowhere near their closing time) And i was told they didn't have time to do my nails!!! And that I could wait 10 minutes to get a pedicure done. I sat 2 minutes or so(looking for another nail salon on my phone) and then I left. I still can't believe the blatant discrimination.... especially from another minority. read more

I never realized this place was literally at the corner of my house. It's a small place but it's cozily decorated! I went Friday night and it was fairly empty, but the staff there treated me greatly. Ariadne took care of my mani and pedi and I'm amazed at her skill and customer service. she took her time fully trimming out the extra skin everywhere and making sure my feet were exfoliated and soft. I stopped by Spa-Cio today to get a gel manicure and from the moment I walked in, the service was impeccable! Maria was the one who did my nails and she is amazing. She is very sweet and her work was perfection. I could tell that she truly cared about the aesthetics of my nails unlike other nail techs who simply rush through. If I could give more than 5 stars, I totally would. Firstly, I would like to say how beautifully decorated Spa-Cio is - it has an amazing vibe that makes you feel welcomed as soon as you walk through the door. I am extremely picky and the fact that I was able to come and find a place that I truly enjoyed is a miracle in itself. The reviews definitely intrigued me but after going, I am sold! I had an amazing gel-manicure and pedicure by Maria Alejandra. She could not have been sweeter but what I loved most was how attentive she was and you could tell she enjoys what she does. She is very meticulous and a perfectionist at that. I also had my wax done by Laura and she was great as well! All of the girls are very sweet and also attentive. Ariane is perfect. She does nails really well. She cuts the cuticles and paints your nails fully all the way to the back, which I am super picky about. She takes her time and she's very nice. I LOVE this place, I have been doing my nails there for about 3 months now and I don't plan on going anywhere else. This is how all businesses should be ran. Everything is clean, they work remarkably, and the ambiance is one of a kind. As soon as you walk in it always smells great, they play low relaxing music in the background, and all the employees are beyond nice. I recommend this place hands down! (Oh and after you go 4 times the 5th is 20% off, and the 10th is 40% off). read more

The sweetest, most soft spoken staff, very clean, and impeccable service. I have never met such a sweet and well mannered group of women. They greet you as soon as you walk in and out. Laura is an eyebrow ANGEL! Arianme, Laura and Maria Alejandra each have their on unique technique for manicure and pedicures, but the end result is always perfect. Loooove this spot! I live in Brickell but I come here whenever I have class in South Miami. The staff is friendly, talented, the price is so affordable, and the quality is amazing! Laura did my pedicure and eye brows. The pedicure was so detailed and thorough, and came out so beautiful. I am super picky with my eyebrows but she did an amazing job. My fear of eyebrow waxing is when they get waxed very thin. I told her this and she did the job flawlessy. My brows were full, yet very neat. Went to Spa-Cio for the second time today and am happy to say that I have found my nail salon in Doral/Miami! Coming from Chicago, the price is great for a no-chip mani and pedicure! Today I had a pedicure; Maria Alejandra was super attentive and responsive to my requests. I really like that they use a lined pedi bucket!!! Definitely recommend it! read more

Lastly, the hot towel she used on my legs she also used to wipe down the chair & drawer next to the chair. Not a very good experience at all. They also do not offer hot wax or rocks. Just a tree hut scrub. Very disappointed. But, that's what happens when you just google random nail salons in an area. Again, staff is nice but it is not a clean salon.

The staff made me feel like I was inconveniencing them just by showing up. I paid $85, and my nails started chipping after just two days and were left uneven. Their LED lamp for drying gel nails looked old and generic, and the overall quality didn't match the price at all. I would never recommend this place to anyone

I went a week ago for the first time. I went because of the reviews and the professionalism that…read morewas presented in pictures and reviews online, but my experience did not add up to that. The nail tools were not sterilized and my cuticles were badly removed that I was left with scabs. I've had countless of pedicures and manicures and never had a nail tech remove my cuticles this badly or have my gel pedicure polish fall off 2 days later nor acrylic gels chip off in less than a week. My nails were not correctly filed. I asked for oval acrylics and had rough edges. Online reviews and website present professional done nails and pedicures and I expect just that from all nail techs and did not receive it.

The atmosphere was light and very relaxing- the background music was modern, but toned down in a fun way so that my time there was a real relaxing beauty routine me-time, and I left happy! This time I only had a regular mani-pedi done. The detail with which my pedicure was carried out was very detailed. I needed that detail! lol- But seriously: best nail experience in a while! I will definitely be back! Enjoy. (One star taken off due to parking, but it was a 5-star experience inside!)
