Apparently Swedish massage does not include focusing on any knots. Their limited massage was not explained prior to the service and when brought to their attention after the service was completed, they did nothing to remedy the situation. read more

This is the most luxury you will find on the mountain. What a lovely spa. Women's locker room has a hot tub, sauna, infra-red, and relaxation lounge. The treatment rooms are nice and cozy. What a nice place to spend a few hours. The gift shop is beautiful and high end. read more

Once you walk in, you can't believe that you're in Pinetop, AZ. I went in with my girlfriend for a couples massage and was blown away by the space. I've visited many SPA's throughout AZ, had at least 100 massages from probably 30 different practitioners and my treatment from Brittany was amongst the best. My lady friend had wonderful things to say about her massage from Adam as well. Apparently the ladies lounge at Spa Estique is something pretty special too. I'm a little envious of the ladies. My husband and I visited this beautiful spa for a couples massage to start my husband's 50th birthday weekend. We were very pleased with our services. Derlene and Teal did a fabulous job working out our tension and stress. In the couples room you also get to take a couples shower afterwards with awesome rain shower and body jets. This is a nice spa for a small town. I took my mom (67) for the first spa day of her life (I have had many spa days, at some of the finest resort spas in the country). I was hoping to share the experience of hanging out in the lounge in bathrobes; unfortunately, the lounge is reserved for people who buy two treatments each (not one treatment each for two people, which would have been nice considering people who get the "couples massage" have use of a "couples shower."). But my mother and I were not even offered the use of robes, or even towels. The massages were fantastic and the prices are reasonable, but I will not be back. Spas should be a place to relax and unwind, and we felt rushed out the door. Staff didn't even bother to show us where the bathroom was; they just pointed. read more

I felt spoiled. The lady was nice. It was a great first time experience for me. They had a small pool, sauna & dry sauna, single shower...lockers, towels, quiet room. The only bad thing was not really part of the business...just that I couldnt help but follow along on two ppl talking about work, evening plans, and why they didnt want to let their other friend come along.
