We purchased a beautiful 2025 Master Spa in Sept, shipping and delivery was as expected. Mike the salesman was wonderful very helpful. Delivery and "installation" entails delivery of the spa to the designated place. We were told to get the electrician to connect the spa and then call and we'd be instructed how to set up. We called and were sent shortcut instructions to apply the chemicals and told read the (online 87 pages) manual. The manual said to use the InTouch app to see the chemical balance. But, the InTouch app didn't work. Drew made sure we got the chemical strips the next day. Unfortunately, we also couldn't get the heater to work. Drew, the tech came out in a timely manner to discover the heater was damaged on transport. New heater came a week later and was installed in a timely manner, but still didn't work. I was put in touch with the owner and another tech, Casey figured out it was a spa setting that was wrong and this fixed the heater. While everyone was very kind and helpful, we were all challenged with getting the InTouch Gecko spa app to work. I was put in touch with the owner and Nick another service tech. He was able to identify the app problem and we figured it out it was a router issue. He had suggestions on what kind of system I needed to run the app and we got it up and running. My suggestion is to provide a 15-30 minute service appointment after spa installation, I have been offered a class at their store for instruction on operation of the spa. Everyone has been polite and have certainly responded to requests for assistance. We have found a solution to each challenge. We wanted a hot tub for a very long time but we were a bit unsure how we would get it into our home high on the hill. They were so helpful and supported us every step of the way. He came and looked at our house first to see if it could be done. They also recommended an electrician Keoni at Kannon Electrical who was so professional and knowledgeable. So I have to write an update on our purchase. Bottom line, we don't have a spa. I was so excited initially. I got home and got nervous. I called the owner 48 hours after the purchase to cancel because the paper states 72 hours or lose deposit. We had put over $11k down as a deposit. He asked why we wanted to cancel. I said there are too many unknowns that I can't do it. I explained, like running electrical, positioning, etc. He said no worries, putting 72 hours down is a must, and he doesn't hold us to it. So I said ok, we will wait for an electrician. Not realizing what this beautiful spa entails, I almost fell over when I calculated in my head what the added cost would be to install. We needed to run more electrical from the street, which needed an engineer, etc. Bottom line another $25k. And putting holes everywhere, piping, etc. We decided to cancel. Called the owner and wanted our full refund. Initially, he told me no. Thank God we have cameras that record talking and he clearly said don't worry about the 72 hours. I threatened attorneys and all. Wasn't pretty. Bottom line, we got back only $7k. Of course my husband was furious, but I said let it go. I'm writing this not to bash the company, but I can say he should have been more informative to what this entails. He's the expert and should know this isn't a merely plug and go item. We have a home on a golf course. We weren't trying to pinch pennies. I just didn't want all these wires running through PVC, etc, and looking ugly. I'd rather just pay more and put a real swimming pool in our yard. Do your homework BEFORE deciding to buy anything like this and trust your gut. If someone says yeah yeah all good, having the sale might just be more important to them than happy, satisfied customers for life! read more

I went to the 50% spa expo at the Blaisdell on Sunday October 30th 2022. I got sold and placed an "order" 6 months from now (April 2023) to get delivered. After doing my research I found that the price offered was not at 50% off and far above average purchase price. I called the owner Casey on Monday 11/07/2022 ( 8 days later) to cancel my order which is far in advance as this unit is supposed to be ordered and delivered 6 months from now. Casey said no cancellation (passed 3days) at first then offered to keep 50% of the purchase price of $16643.97. First off no one told me about a deposit as I was made to pay in full in advance. That means he wants to keep $8300 just because of the "hassle". I told him that would not work for me as I simply want to cancel the order and get my full refund. I asked him again to cancel the order and simply refund my money (no response).
