Well the flood was in February not in March. He is right! He didn't service my pool in February, but he didn't service it in March either. They pre-invoice for the month and they are very aggressive in collecting the payment before you even do the work. So you know, even doctors bill after they treat the patient. Your worker told me, and after I tried to get hold of him that he was on his third vacation and that his boss, Marcello will cover for him. He didn't. This company charged me for two months and didn't service my pool. I need to received a refund for both months, February and March. I did not cause the flood and since you didn't do the work you must send me a refund check for both months $418. Neptune pool is a perfect company that district attorney needs to be make aware of. If they cheat their best paying customer, God knows what they do to the government. I will take that step to protect the public. Dishonesty is not allowed. Refund please.

It just so happens that our next-door neighbor is Nick Youngelston, owner of Kai Lani pools, whose company does pool servicing. What we did not know is that the company also does jacuzzi repairs as well. Checking with the company who manufactured our jacuzzi, we learned the blower motor was no longer available. I called Nick and ask if he could take a look and see if it could be replaced by another manufacturer. Within two weeks he ordered another unit that was larger but managed to find a way to convert the plumbing and make it fit in the available space. I asked him to install a couple new jets, two blew out the first time I used my jets. Then I found a leak inside my motor storage area and called him to come repair it. He flat out refused to come to my home to even look at it! He said my jacuzzi was too old I should get a new one. Really because of a leaky hose? I'd much rather spend $1000 for a repair than spend $14k for a new one. Then on top of it he lied to T. Oki trading and said I thought the repair was gonna be too costly I called my handyman who happily came over and saw the problem. He went to HH for a piece of hose and repaired it minutes for $50. I'm still happily using the same 25 year old unit daily. Jacuzzi is awesome if you can find a decent repair person.

We were referred to Ben by our Solar PV Contractor, Ben came highly recommended and met and…read moreexceeded all of our expectations. Ben is very knowledgeable, hard working, friendly and honest. His cost is very reasonable and his estimate was accurate. He replaced two of our old "energy hog" pool pumps with very energy efficient pool pumps which helped lower our electric bill substantially. Despite tight spacing to work within, he managed to fit the new pumps into spaces not designed for them.  Before and during the installation, Ben willingly shared some of his vast knowledge of Pools and Pool maintenance with us and we were very impressed. About a month later, we started having intermittent problems with our GFCI Breakers tripping on one of the pool pumps. Not knowing who else to call, we asked Ben if he had any ideas on what might be happening. He provided us with some possible troubleshooting tips which we tried, but when the problem was not resolved, Ben came over to check the installation himself. After about an hour of checking, Ben found that water had leaked into one of our existing electrical junction boxes! This problem had nothing to do with Ben's installation, yet Ben went beyond what was expected and helped us find our problem! When we tried to reimburse Ben for his time in helping us troubleshoot, he declined, asking us instead to write a review or donate to a charity in his Company name if we really wanted to do something.   Ben is a very rare and special person and we highly recommend him and his company Diamond Pool for any pool related work.
