Shouldn't even get one star. Went to get eye brow waxing because I was close, mans hands smelled badly of cigarette smoke. Nothing posted about credit card use, go to use my card and he said there is a minimum so he'll have to increase my total! Had they belt me know this ahead of time or had the minimum posted I would have done differently. When asked about where is it posted he said, no post, customers know. Obviously not! AWFUL Awful service. The guy (owner) is so rough!!!! He makes you feel bad for even wanting to get your nails done. He's constantly yelling at his wife in their language, I don't even want to know what he's saying. She's a nice lady. He goes and smokes a cigarette and gets back to your nails. Not a clean place. My advice is don't go here unless you want to get infections and treated poorly. read more

I went to this Nail Salon, and the older man that did my nails, was really rough with my hands, I pulled my hands back a couple times because he kept knicking my nails, One of my nails was cracked, I pointed it out, instead of fixing it with acrylic, he just drilled it down. When my nails were done I looked at my nails and there were drops of gel on the side of my nails. My nails are uneven, so I have to buy a nail filer to fix it. Another thing that happened that I didn't like was that the staff got up and left me unattended 4 times, They lost the color that I wanted, and I had to choose another color. Also I asked for multiple colors and he didn't tell me that it was gonna cost more. Me and one of the customers were in shock, because the staff was complaining and and bickering in front of other customers. When I went to pay at the front desk, he just took my credit card and he didn't even say anything. I usually don't rant about someone's business or put any business owners down, but the experience I had there was pretty bad, and I work hard to get my nails done. this was my experience here. read more

i took my grandma there to get our nails done yesterday and my grandma asked several times for acrylic nails. the lady kept saying "yes yes" but simply painted her nails. the man who did my nails was so rough that several of my fingers bled. i know cuticles can sometimes be sore after a manicure but not to the point of bleeding! he kept digging in them even after realizing they were bleeding. not to mention the ends of my nails were filed unevenly and way too short. they are jagged and keep catching on clothes. normally have good service here but not as of late :/ picture posted was taken the day after. they hurt a lot worse than they look. read more

I had made an appointment for over my lunch hour to get my nails done. The took someone who was a walk-in at my appointment time, the girl had someone at a table and in spa chair for a pedi. Ummm...if your that short handed either dont take appointments or take appointments only no walkins also the guy got up halfway through doing my nails for a cigarette and didn't bother washing his hands when he came back in. The service wasn't the great considering I had an appointment and was told to wait. read more

Only went here because it was open after 5pm on a Saturday. Not a very big selection of colors, place seemed kind of dirty, pedicure wasn't very thorough. When we went to pay, the guy at the counter was clipping his toenails. Definitely would NOT go there again or recommend. read more

I have been going here for almost 2 years. I have never had a long wait. They are friendly and my nails have always looked great! I have had mine done with and without gel, as well as with and without acrylic and was always well pleased. I have a little difficulty understanding at times, but they are patient with me until I get it. Their massaging chairs while getting a pedi are the BEST!!! Love those chairs. Generally, there are 3 staff members, however, they take walk-ins as well, and I haven't seen anyone wait for a long period. read more

The salon itself is average. The prices are reasonable. Unfortunately there are only ever 3 staff members on at a time. Long waits are the norm, 30 min to an hour. The staff members are generally cold and rude as well. read more

I was very disappointed. I went to Spa nails today. I thought I would treat my self to a relaxing time since I haven't had a "professional" pedi for a long time. From the time the owner started my pedi to finish was 12 min!!! My polish was still left on one toe, the nails were crooked, my heels were left hard and very dry, part of my toe nails didn't even have polish on them. The owner did my pedi. She was always looking around. I still tipped her, but it was the worst time ever. There was another client getting her pedi done and I was in and out before she even had polish on her toes. read more
