i have to say that my massage at Spa Tique was FABULOUS. I hadn't had a massage in a long time and I was really looking forward to getting it. The masseuse was wonderful, unfortunately I cannot for the life of me remember the her name. The spa is very cozy. The receptionist was very nice and very helpful. while I was there I picked up some really nice face cream with a spf 50 and is tinted. it's really nice and has a creamy texture. You will relax as soon as you come up the stairs into their aromatic and calm reception. My college daughters loved their facials and massages as some self-care stocking stuffers over winter break. I just had my second Dermaplaning facial with Arlene....it was an amazing experience which had me fighting back snores. I am scheduled for a Glo2Facial for my next rebalancing escape. Went today for the first time for a massage (found Spa-Tique on Yelp) and I really couldn't have had a better experience. The location itself is so cute- it has a really relaxing, zen atmosphere. The staff were wonderful- from the front desk to the massage itself. All the staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. The massage itself was awesome. This is just the cutest little spa I think I've ever been in. As Karen M. mentioned, it's located in a historic building near Marshfield center. From my limited visits here, the staff have been really friendly, and the spa itself is relaxed and charming. But TINY. From the areas I've seen (and really, I've only had waxings done, so I don't know if massages are done in another area), it's so small it's almost claustrophobia inducing. It's just intimate, let's say. :0) I've come here for brow waxes when I can't get to my regular place. I've been having my brows waxed for years, so I'm pretty tough to please. The few times I've gotten them done here it's been passable. For now, 3 stars, but I might try out a massage here and I'll report back. read more

Definitely the best spa I've been to in the greater Boston area! The spa itself is in a quaint older building with wide pine floors, just charming. All the professionals are skilled, knowledgeable, attentive, use superior products and it's always a joy to receive their services. My husband surprised me with a mini-spa day after hearing about Spatique on a local tv station. Mary did my brow wax and she was great. So fast, but definitely didn't do a rushed job. I hadn't waxed my brows in a few months so they needed work, and she got them looking like they used to! I also had a massage from Heidi. She also did a fabulous job. I started feeling not so great during my massage and she was very accommodating, getting me some water and having me turn on my side so I was more comfortable and so she could finish. The spa itself is rather small, but I liked it much better than the huge, high-end spas I've been to in the city. It has a very charming decor and the mood is instantly relaxing. read more

I am vacationing in Humarock & just googled & this place popped up. I ended up having Loretta Lane as my massage therapist & I have to say - this was one of the best massages I have had in years. I have a massage about once a quarter & have had them at fancy places (pelican hill in CA, Cranwell Resort in Berkshires) as well as regular run of the mill spas and this was by far one of the best I have had. I told her that I wanted her to focus on my upper back & shoulders and it was amazing. She put some essential oils on my back & then a heating pad while she did the rest of my body & it really loosened up my back & shoulders. When it was over - it felt like I had a good nights rest. I did notice from her card that she is also an RN - so perhaps that's why she was so dead on with the areas she worked. Highly Recommend this place! read more

After having a bad experience with getting a Brazilian wax at a high end salon I was very nervous about giving Spa-tique a chance. I've been going to Spa-tique for about 5 months now and I love it! This place really is a hidden gem in Marshfield. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The price is great. I haven't tried the other services but as far as waxing goes, I recommend Spa-tique to anyone on the South Shore looking for a local spa with estheticians who truly know what they are doing! read more

I had a deep tissue massage with Erica. Spatique itself is a wonderful environment, very clean and cozy, welcoming. I felt right at home. The massage room was just as nice too with soft music. Erica concentrated on my problem areas (shoulders and upper back). I have been practicing yoga and was looking to improve my range of motion because my muscles in my back are very tight from years or running. A few days afterwards I definitely noticed a difference in my practice. Wonderful experience overall, I'll be back again for another massage in the future! read more

I have been going to Spa-tique for 3 yrs and have had the best massages I have ever had. Surgery left me with chronic upper back pain which becomes unberable. I have tried PT 3 x's and have had better results with deep tissue massage from Erica.I have a better quality of life since going to Erica. She listens to my needs and her knowledge helps her to decide how she can make me feel better. She really knows her profession and is passionate about her work. I am so happy to have her in my life. Thanks Spa-tique for having hired the best masseuse for me. The staff, the intimate atmosphere in a Historical building makes it a place of tranquility and you feel great when you leave. Lovely quaint spa! I have been to Spatique for a massage which was great & I'm quite particuar. I don't want a super deep tissue massage because it hurts too much & I can barely move afterwards. The massage therapist listened to my comments on what areas to focus on & the amount of pressure (no deep tissue) & I got a great relaxing massage. Both my daughter & I have gone there for facials & eyebrow waxing & have been pleased. One of my eyebrows is (sigh) higher than another & the esthetician did a great job making them look even despite mother nature's unsteady hand so I definitely give them 5 stars. read more

For a high-end spa with lots of awards..I was highly disappointed with my waxing experience. The front desk staff seemed very cold upon check in. The aesthetician who performed my service kept re-dipping the same wax stick she used on me back into the pot..gross...will never go back here again for any waxing, was very disappointed. I've had massages there before, and they have always been great..but would not recommend waxing there, they don't seem to care too much about sanitation. read more
