The clothes rack, the table, oils, towels and a gently weighted blanket. Add in a cool eye mask and I was in heaven. This was a 90 minute massage and it was from head to toe. Wendy knows just the right amount of pressure and just the right touch on your scalp. The spa is warm and inviting. The staff is top notch as well. I would not recommend doing business on that side. Medical: Dr. Saad and the team I saw for acne (for 10 years?) are great, great service and results, no complaints, deserving 4-5 stars. Dr. Saad recommended I look into laser resurfacing for acne scarring, so naturally I walked next door - to a markedly different experience deserving 1 star. Cosmetic: I spent $1800 in 2017 (a major espense at the time) on a series of three Fraxel laser treatments. Dr. Butler was friendly, I am not sure I saw results from the treatment but I knew that was a risk. However, I only wound up receiving 2 of the 3 services, I was late for service 2 and it was rescheduled, then the Dr.'s medical event meant I had to reschedule service 3 to after the summer, due to the nature of this treatment. I was fine with the medical event requiring a reschedule but I never completed the 3rd treatment (that I paid for) and I gave up trying to get their attention. The front desk staff were never great, and I emailed twice and left multiple voicemails but have not received a follow-up on these concerns. I moved to NH that fall and am no longer in the area during business hours to stop by in-person and it is to strange that I have never heard communication about this.
