My husband proceeded to pull up his confirmations which he received at time of booking/leading up to date of service. She said "oh I won't be ready for you until at least 1:15pm". We said okay and waited outside on the porch. We went back in at 115 and started our massages at around 130 after changing. No robes or anything were offered. We had booked a 90 minute so expected to finish around 3 pm due to our late start. When they left the room after finishing we checked the time it was just before 240. He also had prepaid the services and when we finished was asked for payment. We were not offered a choice of Swedish or deep tissue and massage for both of us felt more like a back rub.
