I found West Spa through Wayspa. West Spa is perfect BUT use them directly...Wayspa is a scam. Back to West Spa ... Angie the manager found the perfect technician to make my wife's face even more beautiful and she assisted with the boneheads at Wayspa. The Spa is spotless and we'll laid out. My wife"s facial lasted for 1.5 hours with full extractions and massages...nothing rushed or skipped. The price was very reasonable and the product consultation was well informed and worthwhile. They have services for men as well. Make sure to reserve as they were packed. I would be able to comment on the male services if the boneheads at Wayspa had not goofed up the appointment. By far my all time favorite West Island spa! Angie and her crew go out of their way to provide the extra TLC that you would hope for in a spa outing. The attention given to your every need is so appreciated and adds to the experience. Make up job by Casey leaves you feeling like a model. I had a Regular West Spa Facial with Karine: like the previous poster, I have had facials for a couple of decades and easily the best facial ever! My skin was deep cleaned, leaving my skin feeling pampered, refreshed for weeks not days. I was also given great advice on how to upkeep the look and feel without being pushed into buying their personal line of products (although they are fabulous - PhysioDermie). I have been a client at west spa for many years but recently had the time to go and use the package my husband had bought me for my birthday " what women want ". I was greeted by their lovely receptionist as always then had a massage with Etka which was very attentive to what I preferred. Then had the opportunity to meet Natalia who took care of my manicure and pedicure. She was very gentle and did a great job!! I would definitely recommend to others to go there. I have tried many of the services offered at West Spa, such as a full pampering day, body exfoliation, swedish and indian massages, facials, manicures, pedicures and paraffin treatments. My favorite gift to myself is the body exfoliation but all the treatments offered at West Spa are excellent. West Spa has a downtown atmosphere right here in the West Island. The staff are always very professional. The place is really relaxing and the services are top notch.
