I went today at 12pm to get gas and I went inside for the first time and when I was paying the cashier was very sweet. Sooo nice

Hi I was at your location off cordon rd in Salem, OR. I was there at 5:35pm may 6th. This is the 3rd time I've gone to get fuel through mini serve option with my car that has babies in it. There's an older gas attendant who works there that is so rude to me everytime I am there. Almost rufuses to take my cash inside and gives me attitude when I tell him I have my littles in the car. I've never in my life have been spoken to this was by anyone who works customer service. I can tell you that everytime I go in I am nice because I have family that work as gas attendants and I know how not hard it is to pump gas. I'm scared to go into this location again knowing I might be treated that way again. read more

Every time I come here there are employees smoking right in front of the entrance and also they seem to yell a lot at each other outside. For a gas station you shouldn't even be smoking on the property yet alone an employee doing it. Also you shouldn't go outside in front of customers to yell at your employees it makes them feel bad and embarrassed and it makes an ass out of you. read more

4 times now an employee when taking my gas cap off just drops it down the side of my truck. I have asked 4 times now to not do that, and there is a place on the gas door to hang it, next time he does it again. For the most part others there are considerate, it's just one. read more

If you want some nicely priced gas with excellent service this is the place to go. Most times when I come to this gas station after dark there is this lovely African American gentleman who is always so kind and funny. He's always had something nice to say and has always made my day a little brighter. Most of the staff I've interacted with has been kind as well but he stands out the most as a truly kind and amazing individual. It's made me come back to the gas station exclusively based on his attitude while he works which is why I'm giving five stars. I have been a loyal customer to this station since it opened and always go there for the Non-Ethanol Premium. It costs between $140-$160/fill up and I fill my family's cars there as well. After yesterday I will never return. Yesterday it was quite busy and there are only 2 Non-Ethanol Premium pumps. I was patiently waiting in line to get to 1 of the 2 pumps when the cashier came out of the store to yell at me because I was holding the line up. Literally screaming at me to move my truck. I just stared in disbelief. When the pump cleared I got to fill my truck. At this time a young woman gas attendant approached me and began telling me I should move out of other people's way. I explained I wanted the Non-Ethanol and had just as much of a right to wait as any other. I really cannot believe that being a patron and then paying good money for such service. Two employees berating the customer. Needless to say, I will never be back. I will drive 15 miles to get the fuel I want and will make sure everyone in my circle of influence knows what kind of customer service I received. I asked for names and will call the manager. I just spoke to the Manager Jesse, and he was very professional and even was pro-active to watch the CCTV footage of the incident. I really appreciated his attitude and explanation. 4 visits and no jambalaya. This I get and although disappointed I still try. Today's and the last time I visited a week ago sank the nail! I will not come back for ANY reason. The attitude received by the employees was atrocious and disrespectful. This all during hours a Manger should be there. No regard to customers or their satisfaction of service!
