    Cinnamon Bun Cookie
    Dave B.

This is a very classy, moody establishment! We felt at ease with the dim lights, the slightly-metallic hewn wallpaper, metal pipe & chunky wooden shelves holding piles of books & plants. To eat, we ordered the Roasted Garlic Hummus, Cinnamon Bun Cookie, and to drink, we ordered the Old Grand-Dad Bonded & a House Red. We loved dipping the crispy-fresh, elongated & cut-at-an-angle cucumber medallions, thinly sliced radishes, & slightly-toasted baguette slices into the savory hummus! The cookie was amazing- served warm with the ice cream melting over a freshly-baked, caramel drizzled cookie!

This is a coffee shop by day and a bar by night. It's has nice hang out and meet up space. I ordered bees knees latte which has a light hints of oregano. Interesting drink menu. Casual. Good service. Please come and create your own adventure.

    Three of hearts and Sundress

Only tried a couple of adult beverages. We ordered sundress and three of hearts. Normally, we each have a favorite and just drink that. This time they were both so good we had to share both! The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was an upscale coffee shop. I love the bar touch. The food looked good although we didn't eat. Definitely would come back

Great little spot with a wonderful menu and holiday special drinks. The charcuterie was delicious. Highly recommend a stop here. The service was quick and responsive

I ordered an ice latte with their house made vanilla and it was very delicious. 9.5/10. Would definitely go back. Looked like they had a lot of food option and seating too!

    London fog and lemonade

I love the atmosphere here. The employees are always super friendly and welcoming. The food and drinks are well prepared and presented. Got fish and chips. Chips were really good. Cod was a little on the greasy side for us, recognizing it's fried obviously, it still tasted good. London fog was absolutely delicious.

If you're staying in Salem and not having breakfast here you're doing it wrong!! What a peaceful and friendly spot, was blown away- best part of my trip!!

Lots of charm! I fell in love with this coffee shops rustic style :) the outdoor seating area is awesome. Service was excellent! We got iced coffees, "warm and toasty" . They were so good! Highly recommend :) I will definitely be back here !

I wasn't impressed with Archive. It's counter-order, and the venue does not encourage singles to sit at the bar so single people will take up large booths while camping out on their laptops. I got a breakfast hash, and it had no sauce, so it was essentially just a bowl of potatoes since I couldn't have the cheese. When we asked for waters and condiments, the server had to come back three times because she kept forgetting things. The final time I had to pick a long hair out of my ketchup. This place is lackluster and unhygienic.

    Matcha Latte and Bee's Knees

Cozy and yummy coffee house! We were in town to visit Willamette and needed a breakfast that was not from a diner-type restaurant with vegetarian/vegan options. The Bee's Knees is scrumptious! Not too sweet and very flavorful. Matcha latte was also not super sweet and yummy. Can you tell I don't love sweet drinks? Daughters enjoyed the lemon poppyseed muffin, tasty and not like lemon cake which is often how I find lemon muffins to be. Cauliflower tacos = delish! If she chooses Willamette this will be my choice for coffee and probably hers as well. 10 out of 10 stars!

We stopped in for some coffee to go while we were walking around downtown in the morning. The decor and atmosphere are amazing, but what really stood out was the flavor and the service. My wife got a London Fog, and I got the Vanilla Bourbon Latte, and after our first sip, my wife and I both agreed we needed to come back. If they sell the bottles of vanilla syrup, I'll gladly buy one for home!

Bow hello!!! This joint will knock your socks off!!! pretty solid cold brew and it came it a nice glass. Made me feel valued as a customer. Chicken dumpling soup, yes please!! this truly made my visit, not to mention the out door seating. Archive coffee and bar is checking all the boxes. I'll be back for some more!!!

A bar and coffee shop in one!?!? This is the best ever. We tried three different lattes and the most wonderful is the Shanghai Fog which is an oolong tea latte. The fresh made vanilla syrup made the lattes so wonderful. You can sit in the booths and just relax and people watch. The people are kind and make some great recommendations.

Are they open again? Last time I went they were closed for COVID and now I can't find a phone number to check.

As far as I know, yes!

Are the bigwig donut holes peanut free?

Hi, Cass! I'm not sure. Bigwig Donuts was doing a pop-up shop here until a few months ago when they opened up their own shop! It's really cute and we're really excited for them. Their place is actually just across the street from us. I'm sure if you… Read more

First impression walking in was much better than the previous spot. Pintxos staff skips the bombastic side eye upon entry and actually greets you whether you're new or a regular. Seems like the bare minimum, but surprisingly nowadays, you don't see it consistently enough. Kudos! The main bartender was friendly and welcoming, and helped us out with the menus and let us peruse a bit. The owner was nice and friendly as well. Their bar staff was attentive in general. The drinks were solid and the food was good. The albondigas were a little too salty for my liking, but the flavor was there. They seem to care about the product they're putting out to serve their patrons, so that is definitely appreciated. Check it out and support them. They seem like cool people and the food and drinks? You will find something that you will like.

We came in for brunch and the Breakfast Sally (their breakfast salad) was hands down one of the best brunch dishes I've had. Unexpected, perfectly balanced, and something I'd come back for specifically. Cocktails were just as strong--the Mambo #6 was a standout, and my boyfriend loved both his old fashioned and the breakfast skillet. Everything felt thoughtful without being overdone. We'll absolutely be back next time we're in Salem.
