They are extremely unprofessional! I hate to bring race into this but, 4 hard working employees were just let go because in Eva's words " I didn't like them" & they all happen to be black! Priscilla didn't even have the decency to let these employees go in a professional manner, she texted these employees to let them know they were no longer employed without any explanation! Yet her daughter walks around all day with her boyfriend ( who is also employed here) following her around like a lost puppy dog, but hey I guess that's ok because the "manager's daughter"! However, I can say that Rock Solid is about as good as they come. We've had our daughter at a couple different gyms and so far this one is the best. She is 4 -- (so far) she doesn't want to be competitive or pressured to do riskier things, and this is largely why we like Rock Solid because while they are very competitive in some of the programs, they also let the kids have fun. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful with the little ones. You get a sense that they actually enjoy the time they spend with the kids and that is worth alot. Unlike other gyms in Lubbock, the entire building is air conditioned so parents and kiddos can enjoy the time more comfortably. The only thing I don't like about RS is that the sight lines are the greatest. Because of the way the building is oriented, it can be difficult to see everything your little one is doing. Since they rotate around, this is not a huge problem but something that can get on your nerves.

We honestly couldn't have asked for a better first experience! I especially want to recognize two employees because they truly made our visit so special. Aubrey was absolutely wonderful from the moment we arrived. Since it was our first time, she made sure we felt welcomed, helped us understand everything, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She was so sweet, attentive, and genuinely made us feel comfortable. You can tell when someone truly cares about making families feel welcome, and Aubrey definitely gave us that feeling! Lexi was also amazing! What stood out to me was how naturally she interacted with the kids...not just ours, but pretty much every kid around her. She was playing with them, engaging with them, and making sure they were having fun, and you could tell the kids absolutely LOVED being around her. She has such a natural way with children, and it was so sweet to see. You can genuinely tell that she loves what she does and enjoys working with kids. Having employees like Aubrey and Lexi really makes a difference. They turned what could have just been a fun day out into such a welcoming and memorable experience for our family. We left already talking about when we could come back! Thank you, Aubrey and Lexi, for making our first visit such a great one. You both are amazing and deserve to be recognized! My niece and nephew have been coming here for swim lessons (since toddler age) and gymnastics and my brother and parents have been raving since day one. It's clean, spacious, and the staff and coaches truly could not be more friendly and attentive. This party was for a 4 year old with about 13 children in attendance and their parents, plus family. Scottie and Laney were on it-super helpful with any and everything and were great with the kids. Every adult in attendance commented on their friendly professionalism. I don't have children of my own, but if the love my niece and nephew have for this place says anything, it must be great (I mean, the 4 year old wanted her party here)! If you're in search for a place for lessons for your children or a party place for kids, this was a great deal with the upmost friendly staff.

My kid went from moving his arms to basically doing less than he was doing before. They have him swim while other students swim, when he's not a strong swimmer, which is very dangerous. No one knows what is going on. The swim lessons never start on time or end at the right time. Every time I ask the manager they give me an answer and nothing ever changes . The owner needs to seriously make some changes before they loose more customers.

The Groupon was only applicable Monday-Thursday, but knowing we would have off school, I was excited to finally get to take them. Cut to today, when I thankfully looked online and called before making the 1.5 hour trek to Lubbock. I have attached a screenshot as well. While the website says fall hours are 1pm-9pm, when I called the machine service said 4pm-9pm. I waited and spoke to a worker at the attached fitness center, and she confirmed they were only going to be open 4pm-9pm. I wouldn't have bought the Groupon had I known they had no "during the day" hours available over the break, but thankfully Groupon refunded me.
