What was the final straw you ask? My unit was broken into & when they were notified, no one knew anything, other than it happens all the time & then proceed to encourage you to buy the in-house insurance plan they offer. I was told the owner, Ryann Strange, would call me back the same day, but you guessed it, no call back. 5 days later, I called again, left a vm & finally got a call back. Ryann, the owner, told me there is nothing she can do other than refer me to the local sheriffs office. When asked for the corporate storage king contact info, she refuses & claims she doesn't have that info. Store at your own risk Park at your own risk & be prepared for relentless rate increases, theft, break ins, or worse.
