The movers were such hard workers. The first crew had the hideous job of getting a huge china closet out of my house which has short doorways. They struggled but never complained. All four of the men who moved my furniture were considerate of my walls and careful with my furniture. Nothing was damaged nor lost. And they had wonderful attitudes and pleasant personalities. What makes this worse is that Jason Spaller, Vice President of Browning Moving & Storage, personally assured me that he would walk me through the claims process and help resolve everything. That promise was completely empty--he has not followed up, and my calls and messages have gone unanswered. The UniGroup Companies, who are handling my claim, have also failed to return any of my calls, and my claim remains unresolved to this day. The total lack of accountability, follow-through, and basic customer service from both Browning Moving & Storage and The UniGroup Companies has been absolutely appalling. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere. You deserve better. FYI - Thank you to the acknowledgment of the "business manager", but no one has contacted me at all. We had to get some imprtant things mailed out certified mail. We did a search for USPS locations…read more All of which were a Uber-ride away. I did a Yelp search and found World Mail Center. It's about a mile and a half walk away from our hotel. We decided to brave the heat and humidity. It's a small 3rd party mailing center located in a small strip mall and it has AC. Yes! Haha! The gal at the counter was very patient, helpful, and friendly. She patiently answered all our questions and provided us with what we needed to get our pieces of mail sent out.
