I drove my car (2015 Acura MDX) very late of the day to his shop. It was getter dark. But, with no complaints, he took a look and gave me a quote and emailed it to me. It sounds unbelievable. To confirm, I drove to his shop the other day and asked him whether he wanted to check it again. He kindly turned me down and told me he did not have to do it again. Well, I then left my car in his shop for a couple days, got everything fixed as we had talked about, paid as much as we agreed, and went home as a happy customer. It had been keyed on the passenger side rear door and the nose was badly faded and worn. I decided since the paint needed professional help i'd just try a more fun color instead of having a shop do work to match to the boring grey metallic. I quoted a wrap and a paint job, and Maaco came in at half the price of a wrap. I went budget on the paint (single coat non-metallic solid, of which they have about 120 stock colors from which to pick, plus a clear coat), and was mostly looking for low-stress, since I've worked with some sketchy body shops in the distant past and shady deals and drama aren't worth it. These guys delivered on both, but what I didn't expect was the quality- the paint looks showroom, badges are perfect, masking was clean. I gave them the car clean on the interior and they gave it back just as clean. I didn't pay for a full rugs-out interior spray, but they skillfully blended to the old paint in the doorjamb and it looks just fine. All in all the car ran me just over $2k and one week- a super deal considering all the prep work they did, including masking around a tricky overmold on the rear bumper. So the next time you get that shiny new car urge, ask yourself: is it the car... or just the color? I'll be using these guys again.

They highly recommend Maaco, right next door to them. I met with Sam, the owner of this Maaco, and showed him the damage. He was nice as could be. I left my car there on Friday, and it was ready today, the following Thursday. They did a great job on my car. They fixed the damage from the accident, and also buffed out some other scratches so they're now less noticeable. They worked with my insurance company and I really had to do nothing. I've always thought of Maaco as a place that paints cars, not realizing they do body work. Nobody wants to go to a body shop, but if you have to go, I would highly recommend this Maaco. It was an excellent experience.

To start the communication cannot be any worse. My car was held hostage for over two weeks so I had to use my motorcycle for transportation on cold mornings. When I went to pick up my car, I pulled in and could see the bad paint job. All I got was an argumentative owner another office staff that cannot communicate. My covered most of this and I paid cash for some extra work. After seeing the terrible outcome, there was no way I was going to let them touch that car anymore. Two days later, the clearcoat started coming off the doors and the other section they painted. At some point, they tried to remove the backseat and breaking it and didn't notice for days. now the car is at another body shop that is reputable and they're struggling to fix it. Acton body shop is not going to be much longer as a safety insurance list of providers. I'm making sure the safety is going to drop them permanently. Acton auto body you ruined my car and I'm going to make sure that you do not ruin anyone Else's car. So now my car is tied up again and I'm paying a daily rental if I could give a negative star on every part of this shop, I would . Acton, Toyota, and other vehicle dealerships that use them will be stopping shortly. I will be heard on this and I will make sure that you feel the way I do right now. There is no discussions I wanna have with the owner or any part of this establishment. They have cost me triple the money out-of-pocket than the cost of the original job. I live a busy life and I don't have time to be writing this review, but my voice needs to be heard. you will lose all your accounts. This will be a project of mine. Unlike other body shops, they only keep clients waiting for 1-2 weeks to make an appointment. At the same time, they could order necessary parts to further save time. Fred was so nice and patient. He explained all procedures clearly and contacted us in every step. He also communicated with our insurance company well and advocated on our behalf. Technicians there are skillful and diligent. They mixed our paint color and made it identical to the paint of other parts of our car. John worked on our car after he decided not to go on vacation. Finally, our car's back looks like brand new. And they even detailed all inside of our car. What a great service! Finding a reliable body shop is not an easy thing. My wife and I were really grateful that we found DSC Auto Body.
