I've been a customer here for 3 years. I kept my membership when the pandemic hit to make sure they'd stay open. I've had facials and massages by several of their therapists, and they are all top-notch. If I have a favorite, it's Kerri Plumbo. We have such great conversations while she removes the knots from my back! read more

Consistent quality at a fair price. I'm a regular here for nails and waxing but have also had haircuts and massages. The people at Hilltop are professional, courteous, and really good at what they do. You'll definitely need to make an appointment in advance but it's well worth the wait. read more

I had such a great experience here! I've lived all over the country and it is so rare to find a place that's both reasonably priced and that does a fantastic, thorough job. I had a facial wax; it was relatively painless and Maya gave me a little facial and some make up afterwards. I will definitely be coming back! read more

My gel…read morehad grown out and they offered to do an acrylic fill which was fine, but I had pointed out a broken nail which I had pointed out and they only put a thin layer of acrylic on top. My cuticles were flooded on both toes and hands and the lady doing my toes filed it so hard it hurt and started to bleed. On my hands the gel chipped one day later. I called and asked to come in to get it fixed, went in, showed the manager who then proceeded to argue with me and told me I was a hard customer and said that giving discounts justified the lack of quality work done. I would not recommend going here and will not be returning.
