Very compassionate and reasonable fees. The staff tries to accommodate the best they can, during a difficult time.

Missed my grandmother's cremation because they changed the time without letting us know. It's an insult to the living and the dead.

Losing a parent is incredibly hard, but they handled everything with such a high level of dignity and grace that it truly eased some of the burden for us. Communication: From the very first call, I felt heard and supported. They were incredibly patient with all of my questions and kept me updated every step of the way, which gave me so much peace of mind. The Process: I found their approach to be very modern, transparent, and straightforward. There was never any pressure or "salesy" feeling, just genuine empathy and a focus on what my mother and our family needed. The Memorial: They helped us navigate the details for her memorial with so much respect. Everything was handled professionally, allowing us to focus on honoring her memory rather than worrying about the logistics. I am so grateful to have had their guidance during this time. If you are looking for a team that treats your loved ones with true honor and provides a seamless, compassionate experience, I cannot recommend them highly enough. I also really appreciated the honesty in their business model. I know it could technically be cheaper if they did every single thing in-house, but they intentionally use outside sources for certain steps to ensure everything is handled by specialists. I actually felt like I got more value this way because I knew I was getting the best possible care at every stage. It's also worth noting for other families that they don't have an embalming service; they focus purely on a dignified, natural process which was exactly what we wanted for my mom. I am so grateful to have had their guidance during this time. If you are looking for a team that treats your loved ones with true honor and provides a seamless, compassionate experience, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you, Honor Cremation, for taking such wonderful care of my mom.

Customer service: 5/5 Value: 3.5/5 Execution: 5/5 From a service standpoint, they excellent. The team is available 24 hours via phone and text. For the majority of my work with them, they were extremely responsive, had good pass downs between shifts and team members, and worked to meet all our needs and timelines. They never pressured us into anything or upsold us. They just wanted to support whatever we needed. My family needed an expedited cremation and memorial all within a week of my family member passing and Honor Cremations was able to make that happen and get the paperwork done with the county in that timeframe. Honor's paid casket option was cheaper than other crematories and was a very nice, presentable casket. Honor does not embalm in house but has embalming providers they can work with. The only reason I would hesitate to select Honor again is because other crematories were more cost effective (up to $1000 cheaper for our package selections), but Honor did what they could to reduce costs and provide flexible options and offerings. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others if service and empathy is a top priority.

The store is in a tiny center on a corner with a couple other businesses. Very small parking lot that has one driveway entrance that dead ends (meaning the kind of parking lot where you'd have to back out of you can't turn yourself around to drive out head first). Fortunately, the parking lot was practically empty when I arrived late afternoon within an hour of their closing. The lady at the store was very helpful and understanding. She told me that since the body would be collected at El Camino Hospital, she recommended that I contact their Mountain View location on Castro St, due to proximity to the hospital. She gave me a helpful informational checklist. And she told me more about their process and pricing. This location has a small show room with full size caskets; the Mountain View location is smaller than this, and only has "sample" size display examples mounted on a wall.

My Mom passed and making that phone call was incredibly painful, and I was hoping to be met with at least a little kindness and compassion. Instead, the female employee I spoke with came across as lacking any empathy or sympathy for what my family and I were going through. I understand that those who work in this profession handle these situations every day, but for families, this is one of the most heartbreaking moments we'll ever experience. A gentle tone, patience, and a few kind words can make all the difference. I will say that the pricing seemed reasonable, and I appreciate that. However, when families are entrusting you with the care of someone they love, compassion goes a long way. No amount of affordability can replace the comfort that genuine empathy provides during such a devastating time. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reminds their staff that while providing a service is important, treating grieving families with kindness, dignity, and compassion is just as essential. No one should feel like they're simply another transaction while saying goodbye to a loved one.

Tom, our main contact, goes way beyond "professional and caring." His energy and passion for his work are palpable, and he's gracious, welcoming, knowledgeable, experienced, and clearly adept at managing the very fluid and time-sensitive nature of this work. He inspires great confidence that everything will be taken care of as it needs to be, including us, the family members! And, the entire team projects this same calm, caring and confidence. Dean, Christian, Jinno, Junno, and Austin, all participated in our events in some form or fashion -- from planning to post-event, printing to publishing, ushering and stage direction, and what I call the concierge factor (on the days of our events, everything was handled, and all we had to do was show up and be with our guests, and and any need or request was thoughtfully fulfilled). Working with Beddingfield illustrates one of the sadder markers of our times. That when a rare company does "everything" right, and approaches their work with full hearts, they stand out head and shoulders above the rest. A call to their office will be one of the best decisions you can make, during this time of need.

We hadn't seen him rest that deeply (*snoring) in quite some time - so this was a gift in itself. -Dr Winnick is wonderful about stepping away, offering space to grieve, whatever is needed. We had about 10 mins with him while sedation took effect. -We also received guidance on how to handle our other dog during the course, having her present. - Next up is the IV with euthanasia. Super quick when administered, but my goodness so peaceful. -She took his clay paw prints after he passed. She invited us to talk to her a little about his life. -We received another moment to say another goodbye, then helped him onto a stretcher brought by Dr Winnick. She had his head on a pillow and wrapped him in a rainbow blanket . -Any animal over 35lbs needs assistance with Dr Winnick to bring to the car. My husband and I each carried a side of the stretcher as we wanted to be "pall bearers" of sorts for our 60lb dog. -Dr Winnick drove away with him when we were ready. - She also gave us materials on how to process loss of a pet with other pets and with our children. We even received a coloring book and story for our kids. Truly just - human kindness. We had ocean waves on the TV, a lit candle, crystals surrounding him, and the smell of bacon in the air. I couldn't imagine a better, more peaceful send off for my sweet boy. We opted for private cremation and will receive ashes in the mail in ~2 weeks. Thank you Dr Winnick for your heart, kindness, and compassion. And Amy who helped us with preparing for the visit and scheduling. The whole experience was seamless and beautiful. We're forever grateful.
