The sandwich was generous portion and the meat was lean and not too fatty and the bun had a little toasty crisp (nice touch!). They offer pulled pork, brisket, ribs, chicken, roasted hog and sides (baked beans, mac & cheese, coleslaw, cornbread, etc). They use their own special dry rub, so this BBQ is not dripping wet. They do have several BBQ sauces to add to your food. The baked beans had a pleasant kick to them. I do think they should use a nice brioche roll instead of the average burger roll. I've had a lot of different BBQ from various states in the country and this was better than average. About an 8 out of 10. I was glad to see no fatty pieces in my pulled pork, but my husband found one in his brisket. That's just a matter of making sure prep is perfect. At South Mall, there are no chairs and tables to dine. So bring your own portable ones and dine near your car or take it home.
