They turned what started out to be an absolute disaster into a positive experience. My husband and I broke down on 65south while pulling a 30' travel trailer. The temp was in the 90's and we had no air conditioning. We stopped on an off ramp- as far over as I could go but there was nowhere to get out safely or get the dog out. We were there for 3 hours. I started calling auto repair shops in ETown and Radcliffe. Not one person showed any empathy for our situation-that is until I got Daphne from Good Ole Boys on the phone.
