Well, they do get your car clean. If you don't mind wiping it dry and vacuuming it yourself. (And if your bumpers are in good shape.) On the other hand, on my last trip through (on a crowded Saturday morning), the line stopped several times. That's not fun if you're claustrophic. And then, when I got to the end, the pickup truck in front of me had his brakes on and was hitting his horn. Because the self-serve vacuum/wipe area was crowded, and there were cars waiting to go there, and there was no room to exit the car wash. I ended up having the car behind ME hit my bumper, and I hit the bumper of the pickup truck. (Softly, but, come on: this never should have happened.) It took several minutes for the staff to show up and wrangle the traffic enough for a couple of cars to get out of the wash. I left, because there wasn't a safe place to wait, and drove my car out of there wet and un-vacuumed. If you're going to build a car wash without enough stalls for drying/vacuuming, you should not be putting cars into the wash before you're sure there's room for them to get out on the other end. TL;DR: Too crowded, cars run through the wash close together, the line kept stopping, the exit was blocked, cars were bumping into each other, had to leave without drying or vacuuming. Kind of overpriced for this experience, I think. read more

Drove by this location a few times since they opened several months ago and decided to check it out. I like the "stay in your car" method with a drive-up window to make payment. The staff was friendly and provided great customer service. The price was comparable to other drive-thru car washes. started a $20 a month membership which turned into $49.99 without notice. There is never a vacuum spot open and when there is it is so tight you can barely move. The last time I was there the dumb twit next to me gave me a door ding because it was so tight and she had no idea how to be curteous. read more

One of the girls was so helpful with ensuring my mats were cleaned(other car washes often don't even offer this) and another recommended grabbing an air freshener that I would not have known was there. I signed up for unlimited washes in December because it was a no brainer, $19.99. However, I was under the assumption it was a special they were running for the month as stated by the attendant. Then I noticed they hit my bank for $34.95 for the months of January and February. I tried calling Spark at 908-840-8900 to dispute these charges, but it's impossible to get a human on the phone. I left my name and number for a call back and yet to hear from anyone. So this 1 star review is for their fraudulent business practices. The vacuums are great they are so powerful I kept sucking up my jacket. It was actually quite funny to see me struggling and sucking up random things. 1 star for the wash. My car went in dirty and came out pretty dirty too. I'm actually confounded by the result. White spots all over it, bird crap on the roof and on the windows. Just wow. read more

I took my mid-size sedan through this car wash, I felt my car physically hit something twice on the right side, I get out and my $300 factory rim has a significant amount of scratching and deep gouging. I've asked the manager in person and via email for the video footage. He has yet to respond to me. Very disappointed with Cesar Rojas, the manager at the location on US-46 W in Ledgewood. The employees were good. But the management is pathetic. read more

Very nice set up going in! They greet you ! They have automated selection machine. It accepts credit cards. The membership now is $10 for the 1st 30 days but after the 1st 30 days it charges you whatever monthly package you select. The memberships aren't that expensive. 37.00 a month I think was the most expensive membership I saw. Then when you're entering the staff points to a sign which instruct you to place car on neutral, foot off brake ,etc. You stay inside your car during the wash. But when you get to the end, no one dries off your car, and all the vacuum stations were filled. I felt I would have been obstructed the exit so I just left. I don't like water stains so I rushed home to wipe them off. So maybe that's the only thing that's missing. I can't review the vacuum stations because I didn't get a chance but I will definitely update when I do. One thing that I did see and I took a picture is they have a mat cleaner!! That's a 1st ! Great concept they wash. I dry and do the inside windows and windshield the way I like it. Much lower cost and great management and employees on site. They supply microfiber cost cloths Windex and vacuum. read more

Gray car wash after the first month it's $44 a month if you get a membership though so be careful

My car was damaged in this car wash 4 months ago. After numerous emails and phone calls, I still have not been reimbursed for the damages. They promise to look into the matter, and then nothing happens, over and over. This company does not stand behind their equipment and I will never visit one of their facilities again. read more

This wasy to first time there. Spark provided a 50 percent offer coupon. A person at the car wash sign-up/cashier helped me both use the coupon and pay with my phone. Both entering the car wash and locating and the area tobise the free vacuum and towel-off my car were very convenient. This is now my go place to have my car done. I'm debating on using their membership service in the future to save time and money. read more

I had such a good experience visiting this place. I needed a car wash and saw the place was busy, so I figured that was a good sign. There is a lane for monthly members which is a cool idea. I went in the regular lane to try it out. Gina helped explain everything and had such a great personality. I will definitely be back. read more

It's an ok car wash. There was some dirt spots on back bumper. But they still clean inside interior somewhat.

At first this car wash in Ledgewood was great but as it got popular and more crowded it fell short in many areas. Signs are posted to limit your time cleaning your vehicle to 15 minutes that few people pay attention to, more than 50% of the time I have to wait for a spot no matter what time I go. Lately the wash doesn't even clean the rear of my vehicle properly, Today someone was actually using a spot to fully wax their vehicle. Many times lately I had a hard time finding window cleaner or cleaning cloths. I have seen people pull in then cut into the cleaning area that I don't believe are even customers. I have tried to address these issues by contacting them with no response as of yet so I cancelled my monthly plan. It's a shame things got this way in a short amount of time. Ive been a member at spark for a few months. Never had any issues until recently. My cars have been leaving dirtier than when they came in. I also have been noticing scratches in the paint. I watched two other people today go through the wash twice because it didn't clean all the way. Canceled my membership. read more

The lines moved pretty quickly for as busy as it was. The available equipment like vacuums and towels made the process better. Only downside is the mat cleaning machine only works for flat mats. All in all it was a very good experience. read more

I drove 8 miles after reviewing the ratings for this car wash center. But honestly, this is just like any other car wash and thing special about it. I feel this is overhyped with ratings in google reviews. In fact, there are better car wash centers that I have personally experienced where staff helps with vacuuming and clean the car with dry cloth after wash, apply the car shine for almost the same price as this one. read more
