The cards did not have an expiration date. Anyway, that was not the fault of the current employees I met who were just lovely. I didn't catch two of the three, but there was a man with blonde hair at the gait I met who was wonderful, the woman in the 'tunnel' was lovely, and the most interaction I had and can raise the roof, was Eric! He was friendly, working the whole time replacing cloths, cleaning, ensuring everything was in it's place for the customers, and was personable, answered some questions, and was generous with his time in suggestions which was warmly welcomed. It is a great pleasure to give props to this gentlemen who along with the other two people I met that day are huge assets to this place and are breaths of fresh air in all categories. Issues were threefold: - Eric basically represented and used a facility that does its own direct auto transport. When questioned (because they were cheaper) he highlighted his business as better due to a number of factors. None of these ended up coming to fruition. - the Rando he got to transport my car was horrible. Lack of communication or updates. Ended up delivering the car two or three days later than promised (meaning I missed being able to inspect the car). And throughout the process was full of lies regarding arrival time and why he wasn't delivering on time. - car was damaged during transport but because I was out of town for 2 months after the fact and wasn't able to confirm and share this with Eric (because it was delivered late) I had no recourse for costs to fix the damage. - finally, In reviewing his end of year books, Eric got confused about a voided transaction (I had been charged twice initially and there was a void in his books). He assumed that it was me doing it due to my dissatisfaction and charged my credit card again without confirming the issue with me. He left messages while I was in a meeting and then charged my card without confirming. When I called, he apologized for his angry action but for someone who highlights professionalism amongst his traits, I feel this was way out of line. I was going to just leave things as is and not write a review and leave things as they were in August but given the action he took today I felt compelled to warn others.

What a rip-off! I brought my car in for repair of 2 oxygen sensors. I was told that I would need…read moreto have a diagnostic check first. This would cost about $200 with tax, after which I received a laundry list of items they felt would be needed to be fixed - wipers, cabin filter, alignment, coolant change, valve cover gasket, brake fluid flush, trans service amounting to $1975. Plus, of course, $943 for the 2 sensors which I wanted to have replaced. These 2 oxygen sensors by Bosch, on-line, cost under $100 each. Wipers had been replaced not even a month ago. This casts doubt on the whole list they "suggested" needed to be fixed. Please be careful when bringing your car in here. He will try to upsell you a laundry list of what he wants to do to your car. Whether your car needs it or not is debatable.

You drive your car to the back of the shop where there are 2 lanes. A mechanic will tell you which lane to go to and will ask you a series of questions. There is a car scent (choose a scent from lemon, vanilla, clean car, or baby powder), vacuum, windshield wash, and 14-point check included for no extra charge! I sat in the waiting room for maybe 10 minutes before my name was called saying they were done! Very impressed with how quickly they were able to complete everything and my car feels and smells good as new! The staff were extremely professional and did not recommend unnecessary extras.
