for the reviews that were all complaints.... please keep it moving! did you think your car deserves a red carpet treatment with a butler serving you champagne and caviar? this place is worth every penny! membership is definitely worth the money! and above all it's worth the convenience! be nice and you will be treated nice! don't get it twisted! the customer IS NOT always right! some customers just think they come from an entitled background and deserve some kind of entitled treatment! for every one star review think about how many five star reviews out shine it! from the first time going. i first just tested before becoming a member. everyone was nice and helpful. explained everything about the membership. the wash itself was more than adequate and far exceeded expectation. the convenience of drive thru so convenient! never had to wait on line for more than 5 min. if there is a line when you get there.... what do you expect.... duh.... that's what you have the radio or your phone for! membership equals UNLIMITED! you can go as many times in one visit totally getting your return on investment! just imagine how many times you can go in a month! you do the math! keep up the great work SPEEDERS! read more

Scammers! Go elsewhere. 'Twas my first time going to this place and will be my last. An attendant asked me if I was being helped. I told him I was not. He said OK and walked away. Hmm that was strange. Another beared attendant approached my car and asked if I was being helped. I told him the same thing, I was not. He said OK give me a minute, and walked away. Hmm, strange indeed. A young lady approached my vehicle and once again I was asked if I was being helped. Again I said no I was not. She said she would help me and explained the services. I asked for their $30 top tier car wash called Reflection. She was kind and asked if I would like to join a membership and explained the membership to me. I declined and let her know that since this is my first time, I would like to try it out before I join. I did the wash, came out, and waited on the left to use their free vacuum, towels, cleaners, etc. While drying off my car, the beared person came to me and asked if I joined the membership. I said no I did not today. He then asked me to leave because members were waiting. I kindly left and will not be going back at all. $30 is all Speeders will ever get out of my pocket. What a scam! It is advertised everywhere to use their free services, but when you go to use them, you can't because members are waiting. Car washes are a dime a dozen. And there are so many others near by, with new ones popping up all the time. Save your money and go elsewhere. This place needs a lesson in customer service. With these practices, they won't be around for long as their predecessor, unless they change for the better. read more

I would rate 0 but there is nothing to fit there so that I rated 1. I had an incident with my car that a rear wiper was ripped off and broken during the car wash. After the incident took a place, a manager emailed me saying they are not responsible for the incident based on their policy. Because my car is more than 5 years old and drove more than 50 K miles, they are not responsible for this incident. That's is a ridiculous policy. Those drivers who own cars more than 5 years older and more than 50K miles driven, you have to take your own risk to wash your cars at the facility. I paid $15 and got my wiper broken for no proper apology. It is not a money issue but their business attitude. I will never go again. read more

Terrible job. They hand-wash the cars with brushes and dirty water and do a crappy job at that!! Washing is bad and always miss a lot of areas. Then when drying they rub the dirt residual into the paint causing small scratches!! Try that on your dark car!! Interior glass is always streaky because they use dirty cloths when they should recycle the cloths more often. They also need education on customer service. Definitely not returning! One star is actually too good for this place. read more

They never wash down on the driver side upon entry, they say scrub the mats, they don't, just spray them down. The hand washing is good, but the final dry off and window cleaning is very poor. The glass is left streaking and when asked to do it again it's worse. read more

The staff is friendly and hard working, particularly the people who do the actual cleaning. The manager and front desk clerk could be a bit friendlier and more welcoming. The prices are somewhat steep and the lack of nearby competition doesn't help the cause. But prices are relative to the area/location. The wait is typically not too bad and the cleaning service is acceptable. However, they could definitely make improvements in this department. Streaks are almost always noticeable (especially if you own a black vehicle). Although not always major, I usually have to do touch-ups to the windows and doors/mirrors after visiting this place. In conclusion, this place does a decent job and is convenient. This type of business is not easy to operate especially when they have to get customers in and out - all while giving them the best service possible. But there is definitely room for improvement if they expect customers to keep returning and paying top dollar for their services. read more

I know nothing about car washes/prices and haven't been to one in like 3 yrs which is why I ended up paying $35 for the ultimate package. This car wash was nice though. They do wash by hand while going through the washer(?) There was a line maybe 4 cars ahead of me so the whole process was a good 30+ minutes. They vacuumed inside, washed the mats, waxed the tires, doors and dashboard. My car is shining now baby! I'll probably go here from now on and just get the basic car wash service. read more

Nice place for a wash, I ended up going for the most expensive package. They cleaned the inside and out fairly well. There were a few spots they missed but nothing glaring. Got a multi-return visit punch-card as well. read more

This is by far my most favorite car wash! They not only take time and care in washing the outside, but certainly get the inside pretty darn clean (this coming from a family with three small children). It's also comparably priced to other car washes. read more

I used the old Budd Lake Hand Car Wash too and always got great service and they did a great job on my car. I haven't been impressed with the new car wash. They do a crummy job vacuuming the floors,There's alway dirt on the mats. The windows are streaked and they rush the car though the car wash so there's still soap on it when it comes out and it really doesn't seem any cleaner inside than before they cleaned it. I used to go to this car wash just because it was close to home & never thought they did a very good job. Also, the time i had to wait just to get threw the car wash was insane. I totally disagree with the previous review as me and my husband are very particular with our vehicles and the new owners really know what they are doing...as both our vehicles looked amazing after our first wash with new owners. I understand this car wash is under new ownership which would explain the horrendous job they did; charging an extra $2 for an SUV; really. This had been the best hand car wash in Morris County. They always took their time and did the job right, but this is no longer the case. I knew something was up when I noted how dirty the place looked. The windows were filthy (probably don't want you to see how bad of a job they are doing); the water in the wash bins was disgusting and the sponges they were using were equally dirty. I can only hope it will turn over again to new ownership; until then, my business goes elsewhere and you all should stay far away unless you are willing to see your money go right down their drain. read more
