Service was amazing from start to finish. The workers doing the car wash greeted, and the lady at the register was super friendly. My car was I got "The Works" which was their top package. After tax it came to $38 which is about what I expected compared to other places I've been. The value felt great for how great my car came out. The outside was spotless, and the inside was amazing, especially considering I had dog hair in the backseat from bringing my dog to the vet. I spent $35 for a "full" car wash here, and it was a complete waste of money. The service was rushed, and the quality was incredibly lazy. Specifically: Poor Cleaning: I explicitly asked them to vacuum the trunk--they didn't touch it. The dashboard was still covered in dust, and the rims were only half-cleaned. Lack of Detail: The car was still dripping water when they handed it back, yet no one bothered to wipe it down properly. They rush you through just to get to the next car, leaving you with a lousy result. Unprofessional Environment: The girl at the counter was smoking inside the building right in front of my children. This is completely unacceptable and disrespectful to customers. The biggest red flag, however, is their data collection. Without my consent, they took and saved my name and license plate number. When my receipt printed, all my personal info was already there. Why is this information being stored? There is no reason a car wash needs to keep a database of my details unless they are selling it to third parties. If you want to waste your money and have your privacy compromised, this is the place to go. Otherwise, stay away. Then this tough guy wanna manager reply to this review and makes all kind of comments. The girl was vaping at the counter, you want to call me a liar, if that makes you feel better. Why don't you be a man and admit that she was and that you rip off customers and your service stinks? Also a lot of five star reviews are people with one review. They are most likely his friends. Read some of the negative reviews and see how we talk to customers, this guy is not a professional, he's a clown. The whole process was rather quick, which is good. They did a great job overall of the outside and inside. I had asked for the ultimate package which was a complete wash of outside and cleaning of interior and rugs. The price set me back $40 plus tax. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was due to them missing a few spots but that could be attributed to how busy they were and trying to move quickly to get through everyone. Had an all around negative experience with damage to my vehicle. Can't do anything about this now since I realized once I got home and looked at the car. Cannot recommend exquisite auto spa to anyone. Front Chevrolet emblem was broken off of the vehicle. See photo attached. This place was a one and done for me. I got "the works" package which is close to $30. Then you have workers running around like chickens without heads, No organization. Iam a very hands on person with a much greater knowledge in general automotive how to than an average person. After the circus show of vacuuming my car, then came the real gut twister. It was about an eight second spray with a high pressure sprayer barely getting the surface wet. Which for those who don't know, it's pretty bad to try and wash a dry car. Then dunked a brush into a cesspool filled tank and zig zagged across missing plenty of spot across the car. The worst part was after he swabbed the car he uses THE SAME BRUSH ON THE WHEELS ANS TIRES! Are you kidding me?! Their lava soap was dribbling down, the 3 part wax didn't even spray onto the entire car (pressure problem maybe??) I have the same opinion as one of the previous reviewers, Igor V, the cashier at the front was leaning back in her hair with her feet up, cell phone in both hands, while talking with some dong bat girl friend of hers. I had to give an 'Ahem' when I walked up and I get a crooked stare. And she didn't even mention that "the works" package comes with an air freshener. Terrible car wash!!! I am reporting this place to the BBB for unethical practices! The inside of my car is still dirty, there was ton of trash that you could clearly tell was trash that was left in the car, the inside was poorly vacuumed, when complaint they took all the trash and hid it in a compartment in my vehicle and the manager had the right to slam my door and walk off!! I've been here many times before, old and new owners. Even had a small convo with the new owner when he opened up. Today I pulled in for another car wash when I realized one of my tires was very low. I noticed the owner/bald guy was walking about to drive my car in when I asked if he had air for tires when he responded "no". So I walked into the store to pay when I looked out the window and realized that a worker was using an air hose to put air in a Mercedes right in front of the store! 30 seconds after this guy told me he didn't have air and couldn't help me I see an employee putting air in a benz with the hose coming right from the store! Car wash is decent at best but you could live with it. But based off how I was treated I will never return. That guy needs a lesson in customer appreciation! read more

Girl at front desk seems like she dreads being there, not too hospitable, barely makes eye contact, doesn't smile. Although I don't come there for that, it's all part of service and if your employees aren't happy, it shows a lot about your business. Perhaps that's why I'm not the only reviewer here that gave you 1 star, and you just opened for business too. Secondly, I paid a premium to have an exterior hand wash, and after the car was done, as the worker was drying it, I asked him to clean the black tar off my chrome exhausts, he barely wiped it and did not remove the oxidized dirt, when I asked him if he was done with that, he responded in a rude and annoyed way, Yes, I cleaned it! I just turned around and left. The way I see if, when you're paying a premium for an EXTERIOR hand wash, the chrome on the tailpipes MUST be clean as well. Also, they didn't wash the inside of the rims too well, was still brake dust in there. I have a simple Maguires Chrome Cleaner at home and cleaned the chrome pipes in 1 minute, it's a shame that a place specializing in auto cleaning and detailing is so incompetent at being detailed cleaning the car. It's supposed to be your specialty, your expertise! UPDATE: Shortly after I wrote the review, Danny R. commented below with some absurd response about me trying to come onto his receptionist. In a pathetic attempt to do damage control, he resorted to lies and slander or is just confusing me with someone else, in any case, totally unprofessional. I was there with my wife and paid over $20 + Tax for the Exterior hand wash, not $18 as he claims, showing he doesn't even know who he serviced. Secondly, they never said that it was extra when I asked to clean the chrome pipes, they simply did it and did it poorly, hence, the honest review, which Dan couldn't handle, as apparent by his response. Instead of ironing it out with me, he went into a confrontation with lies. This just goes to show how they treat their customers during and after the visit. Simply deplorable! Danny R.
